Fantastic meat - tender and juicy and a great value. We cut it into steaks, vacuum seal them and freeze until ready to use.

We smoked on in the smoker, everyone ask where I got the meat from because it was so tender and good.

Bought this for a family birthday dinner for our son and cooked it on the Blackstone griddle. It was probably the best steak we’d ever had. Leftover uncooked steaks went into the vac n seal bags and saved in the freezer. So so good and tender.

Sam's does not usually have this package on display since the cut is used to slice fillets. They provide one if asked. Made for a nice #4 roast with minimal trimming.
