Sam's does not usually have this package on display since the cut is used to slice fillets. They provide one if asked. Made for a nice #4 roast with minimal trimming.

Bought this for a family birthday dinner for our son and cooked it on the Blackstone griddle. It was probably the best steak we’d ever had. Leftover uncooked steaks went into the vac n seal bags and saved in the freezer. So so good and tender.

Very well pleased . If you’re willing to trim up and cut the fat and silver lining off then you can have some very nice fillets. Plus the trimmed meat cutting make great Beef Stroganoff.

I’ve purchased tenderloins from Sam’s for years and they have been excellent. This year, not so much. Not as good a cut as in the past. Hope this was a one time occurrence.

After removing 3 plus pounds of fat and then tie it with butcher's string. Roasted at 425 F until internal temperature is 125 F, I prefer medium, and then tented for half hour. It sliced like warm butter. Very nice texture and flavor

Have bought these about 5 times over the past few years, but this one was full of fat and grissle. And what I did salvage was not nearly as tender or tasty as previous.

Tenderloin was in good shape (not ragged from butchering). Flavor and texture were good. It was easy to trim into roast with trimmings for another meal.

We made part of our tenderloin into a Chateabriand for Christmas, cut several filets to use later and used the “heel” to bake as a Beef Wellington”. Great price for getting several fabulous beef dinners!

This meat is excellent. I served 2 whole tenderloins plus a 9 lb ham to 35 people on Christmas eve. I know how to cook this and it turns out great. Awesome meat. Would be better if it were grass fed, organic.

I’ve never bought steak from Sam’s Club before so I didn’t know how good it would be. It was so tender and delicious, worth much more than what I paid. I would definitely do it again.
