Tender, delicious Christmas dinner! Grand boys said best ever!

Excellent quality, flavor, tenderness

First time trying the whole tenderloin. It produced 12 Fillets for about the same cost as 8 similar sized packaged pre cut fillets

Dinner was wonderful. The butcher was so professional. Trimmed and tied the tenderloin and gave great recommendations.

Very tasty and tender, but a LOT of fat to cut off. I would have purchased the extra trimmed tenderloin, but they were out.

This is a good cut of beef with a little more fat to trim than the higher priced tenderloin. Still a good quality cut and good taste
