I purchased one of these pillows at the store (Sam’s Club) over one year ago and have never slept better! When my wife began complaining about waking with neck pain (she has always been a two-pillow sleeper), I suggested that she try my pillow for a couple of nights. She slept so well and woke with no more neck pain that we just had to buy another one. We absolutely love our pillows!

I've slept on this pillow for several weeks and I absolutely love it. It is THE best pillow I've found. My head feels as if I've sunk into a cloud of comfort. This pillow does not loose its shape. No bunches up; no pillow pounding to seek comfort.

I have bought two. One about six months ago and the smell was terrible and I had to put it outside and it never was good. I bought one during black Friday by mistake and it smells too. I've put it in a room we don't use till it airs out. I've sprayed it with Febreze and Lysol to no avail.

Didn’t come in a Serta box. Just came in a plastic bag inside the shipping box. Presentation was lacking. The pillow itself is nothing to brag about really, just another pillow comparable to others on the market. Nothing really sets it apart. It’s an ok pillow.

I bought this pillow a month ago and I am very happy that I did. I have bulging disk in my neck and this pillow has helped me to not wake up every morning with neck pain. It is very good quality also as I have tried other brands of side sleeper pillows that have gotten lumpy and not held up. Highly recommend this pillow!!!

I slept on a foam pillow since childhood. The memory foam side sleeper pillow was a bit awkward the first night. I had been scrunching my old pillow and this pillow wasn’t cooperating! When I woke up the next morning I noticed my neck felt better. It’s no longer awkward, it’s more comfortable and I feel I’m sleeping better. On my old pillow if I slept on one side of my head too long my ear would hurt & I would have to turn over. I haven’t had that problem with this pillow. Also it seems to stay cooler than my previous pillow, no more sweating!

We have a memory foam topper on our bed, so I already knew how much I love it. This pillow is as good as I had hoped it would be. It is just the right weight to not go completely flat like some pillows I've tried. I feels so comforting when I first lie down on it. I have been sleeping through the night since the first night I used it! I recommend!

It’s high for my neck, I thought it will be ok n comply with this pillow,, I wake up in the morning my neck aches. So I switch it on my regular pillow serta n I do not like the smell at all . Actually I am going to return it. It my work with someone, but not me

I purchased the pillow on Black Friday for a great price! I was excited to receive it...after opening the plastic wrap, I flipped the pillow over & could see several dark spots through the fabric of the protective zipper cover...each about 1/2 -1" in diameter...they reminded me of mold or something...so I returned the pillow to our local Sam's Club, and unfortunately, they didn't carry that pillow in stock, so I was unable to replace it...missed a great deal darn it!

I bought this pillow to help my beautiful bride to be complete comfortable in her hospital bed During the two weeks she had use of it she said she felt more comfortable and for me it made it easier to dribble water into her dry mouth.
