I bought this pillow for my husband who usually doesnt like memory foam. I also bought a variety of traditional pillows for him to choose from, but this one won out. It's supportive and soft. I tried it myself and liked it so much I purchased a second one for me! I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because after sleeping on it for a few weeks, I feel like the edges are compacting and staying compacted more than they should.

Didn’t come in a Serta box. Just came in a plastic bag inside the shipping box. Presentation was lacking. The pillow itself is nothing to brag about really, just another pillow comparable to others on the market. Nothing really sets it apart. It’s an ok pillow.

The pillow is great, however there is a very strong ordor emitting from the gel cushion. I washed the pillow cover that came with the pillow but it still has a horrible smell. I am trying to wait a few more days to see if the odor will go away before returning.

I was excited to try this pillow for my new Queen bed I received Nov, 2016. I am a side sleeper and used to use a tempurpedic contoured pillow. It was old & did not support my head, causing neck pain. I bought this Serta pillow from a recommendation from a fellow side-sleeper, but it has not worked for me. I'm 6 ft tall and it makes my head sit up TOO high, causing an un-natural bend in my neck and making my lower back pinch!. I'm not sure why its SO THICK. I think if it was 'cut in half' it would be the perfect level for me, but as it is, it does not work. I thought using it for the past 3 weeks would help, but it just makes me visit the chiropractor MORE often. That is NOT what I want. Since I cannot send it back. I may donate it to the homeless shelter for someone else to use. So, my search for a side sleeper pillow to give proper spinal alignment continues!

I saw these pillow in the store and fell in love with them. However, I order them online and the pillows were not shipped in the original packaging. They were in a brown box, they also has a very unpleasant odor. Unable to use them since the smell is pretty strong.

Excited to try this pillow since it fits all the criteria’s I need. I didn’t even get a week in when I went back to my old pillow. It gave me a headache every time. I’m waiting for my new mattress. I’ll give it a try again when it comes. Hopefully they’ll sync and I’ll finally have a good nights sleep.

I've slept on this pillow for several weeks and I absolutely love it. It is THE best pillow I've found. My head feels as if I've sunk into a cloud of comfort. This pillow does not loose its shape. No bunches up; no pillow pounding to seek comfort.

I recently purchased this Serta Gel Memory Foam pillow to replace a nice memory foam pillow I had for 7 years. I love my new pillow. It is very comfortable if you like memory foam. I will never go back to fiberfill pillows. I hope it lasts as long as my other pillow survived.

I've been searching for the perfect pillow for quite a while! I have one that I absolutely love and couldn't find another one like it. I decided to give this one a shot when it was on sale for their one day sale. Couldn't be happier! So comfortable and soft yet firm enough. Try it, you wont be disappointed! I cannot tell you how many pillows I have purchased over the years. Saw this pillow bundle on Sam's Club website, purchased it on a whim and LOVE it. Keeps my neck in a level and comfortable position. Sleep so sound, wake up refreshed and ready to go! Highly recommend these Serta side sleeper pillows.
