A nice pillow but too soft for my taste. It you want a great, soft memory foam go for it- it’s cloud light. Just not for me

the material of the pillow has a scent that still smells weeks after buying it and that scent makes my head hurt and that's why I can't use it, despite putting a lining on it etc.

I bought two pillows for myself and grand daughter. I never expected the amount of excellent support these pillows provide. I needed a pillow to give me head and shoulder support for a good night sleep. Thanks to Serra Gel Memory Foam I am able to sleep comfortable at night. My grand daughter need a pillow that stays cold since she has a tendency to sweat at night. Believe me when I say we bought are satisfied with our purchase. I recommend everyone to try it!

I've slept on this pillow for several weeks and I absolutely love it. It is THE best pillow I've found. My head feels as if I've sunk into a cloud of comfort. This pillow does not loose its shape. No bunches up; no pillow pounding to seek comfort.

I am normally a side sleeper, which this was intended for, but if you ever turn on your back this puts your neck in an uncomfortable position. Both my husband and I chose to return this pillow because our necks hurt if we turned on our backs while we were sleeping. I gave it 3 stars because if I knew I could stay on my side I would have kept it.

I bought one of these a long time ago, and it was so comfortable that I took it with me when I traveled. And...left it somewhere. So I bought two more, but they weren't exactly the same. They seem to be a little thicker and heavier. Still ok...but sometimes I wake with a stiff neck.

This is the perfect pillow for people who sleep on firm beds. Since a firm bed doesn't 'give' much, you need higher support for your neck and shoulders. I highly recommend this type of pillow. I can't say I feel the coolness much, but that is probably because I put a hypoallergenic cover on it, and then a pillowcase, You will probably want to do that to as it has a fairly pungent odor to it that is taking a long time to dissipate. I was surprised at its weight when I picked up the box it came in, but as long as you're not having pillow fights with it you should be fine. :) All in all, a good purchase that I would recommend.

I have purchased this exact pilliw in the store multiple times. They only sell it online now and it is not the same pillow at all. The other pillows were firm and nounced bsck when ypu lay on them, this one is very soft and squishy. I was very disappointed and won't buy this from Sam's Club again.

I could not love this pillow any more than I do! It's the perfect firmness, but not so hard that it hurts my ears. I got one for my mother, too, and she said it was the best night's sleep she's had in ages. It doesn't stay cool for a long time once you've been lying on it for a while, but none of them do. Highly recommend!

I have bought two. One about six months ago and the smell was terrible and I had to put it outside and it never was good. I bought one during black Friday by mistake and it smells too. I've put it in a room we don't use till it airs out. I've sprayed it with Febreze and Lysol to no avail.
