Let the pillow air out for 2 weeks, still had a strong chemical odor.

It is a hard pillow. Not very comfortable and I could not sleep on it on my side.

Just enough support and softness! Glad I have it!

A nice pillow but too soft for my taste. It you want a great, soft memory foam go for it- it’s cloud light. Just not for me

the material of the pillow has a scent that still smells weeks after buying it and that scent makes my head hurt and that's why I can't use it, despite putting a lining on it etc.

My old pillow really took up a lot of my sleep time. When you take time to fluff it up , flip it over, and re-adjust it, you're night was spent thinking about your pillow. I never think about this pillow. So it is doing what it should. Allowing me to get a good night's sleep.

I'm a side sleeper and it's a little low for my head. I'm going to keep using my buckwheat pillow (you can really mold it around your neck and head) but since I'm pregnant I need this one for in-between my knees. It also feels great to prop up behind me in bed. May not be my main pillow, but I am so glad I have it now. I'd just recommend also getting a waterproof cover since these last so long and you don't want your sweat breaking down the foam after years of use.

Bough this pillow 3 weeks ago to replace a memory foam pillow from bj's was crushed memory foam and can not be reflected. A first this pillow was hard till I mushed it. I was having difficulty with my memory foam topper that there was holes in matters and couldn't get comfortable. Sleeping on this pillow I call asleep and most nights I walk up in same position and we'll rested. Less back and shoulder pain too

I have purchased this exact pilliw in the store multiple times. They only sell it online now and it is not the same pillow at all. The other pillows were firm and nounced bsck when ypu lay on them, this one is very soft and squishy. I was very disappointed and won't buy this from Sam's Club again.
