I bought this pillow about 3 weeks ago and love it. I first thought that it would not be comfortable because it’s firm but soft not mushy and doesn’t leave its shape. Having tried a ton of pillows both expensive and inexpensive this one is just perfect for me. I am a side and stomach sleeper and it fits my neck and head perfect. I bought two pillows for myself and grand daughter. I never expected the amount of excellent support these pillows provide. I needed a pillow to give me head and shoulder support for a good night sleep. Thanks to Serra Gel Memory Foam I am able to sleep comfortable at night. My grand daughter need a pillow that stays cold since she has a tendency to sweat at night. Believe me when I say we bought are satisfied with our purchase. I recommend everyone to try it!

This merchandise was purchased for my sister-n-law who had open heart surgery recently. She was hurting from laying down so lobg from her back. Once released from the hospital. My husband, her brother rook it to her at home and she loved it. It immediately felt the stress release on her back.

I could not love this pillow any more than I do! It's the perfect firmness, but not so hard that it hurts my ears. I got one for my mother, too, and she said it was the best night's sleep she's had in ages. It doesn't stay cool for a long time once you've been lying on it for a while, but none of them do. Highly recommend!

It’s high for my neck, I thought it will be ok n comply with this pillow,, I wake up in the morning my neck aches. So I switch it on my regular pillow serta n I do not like the smell at all . Actually I am going to return it. It my work with someone, but not me

I bought this pillow over a year ago at Sam’s Club. Absolutely loved it! I bought it again recently during their sale. It is not the same pillow. They have replaced it with a different brand and it is not the same. It does not hold up as long nor does it have the same firmness as the original. Can’t give it more than one star since they describe it as one item and send you another.

My old pillow really took up a lot of my sleep time. When you take time to fluff it up , flip it over, and re-adjust it, you're night was spent thinking about your pillow. I never think about this pillow. So it is doing what it should. Allowing me to get a good night's sleep.

I bought this pillow because it was on sale and I have neck problems. I always wake up with a stiff neck. I am a side sleeper so I decided to try it. I can't sleep on it at all. The memory foam is too hard and it really doesn't support my neck. I requested a return and Sams refunded my money.

Received this pillow and it’s very heavy, tag on it does not read Serta. It was not in the box like the picture and has black stains on it. Looks like mold is growing inside of this. Going to return this do not want to sleep on something that looks like this. It also smells very bad!
