Let the pillow air out for 2 weeks, still had a strong chemical odor.

A nice pillow but too soft for my taste. It you want a great, soft memory foam go for it- it’s cloud light. Just not for me

the material of the pillow has a scent that still smells weeks after buying it and that scent makes my head hurt and that's why I can't use it, despite putting a lining on it etc.

I normally hate every pillow I have ever tried until this one and the Serta Cool pillow as well. My wife like the cool one so much she borrowed it permanently so when I saw this pillow for side sleepers I decided to give it a try. I sleep thru the night and no neck

Great quality memory foam pillow. Foam made in USA. Foam is cool. Foam has too much latex and too much loft for me. It is cool but the latex creates pressure points. So if cool is important and you want a thick pillow this is it. Sams club shipping was fast.

My husband had a really nice (and expensive) pillow, but complained about it being too thick. It held his head up more than he preferred. Sam's had a sale on this pillow, so I ordered it online sight unseen. It was a great price, and Sam's is very good about returns. It was a no brainer. It's a very nice pillow, nicely constructed, good quality. Best of all, my husband absolutely loves it!

I bought this pillow a month ago and I am very happy that I did. I have bulging disk in my neck and this pillow has helped me to not wake up every morning with neck pain. It is very good quality also as I have tried other brands of side sleeper pillows that have gotten lumpy and not held up. Highly recommend this pillow!!!

As advertised, this is good for side sleeping. I'm a bigger person so this helps me keep a consistent base and use my other fluffy pillow as a toss/turn option as I get comfy. Sometimes I only use this, sometimes I add another fluffy pillow. But this serta pillow I like and hope it will last a long time!

I bought this pillow for my husband who usually doesnt like memory foam. I also bought a variety of traditional pillows for him to choose from, but this one won out. It's supportive and soft. I tried it myself and liked it so much I purchased a second one for me! I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because after sleeping on it for a few weeks, I feel like the edges are compacting and staying compacted more than they should.

Great pillow for side sleepers. I need a good heavy duty pillow for my big heavy head. It is great, It helps me get a good night sleep. Less tossing and turning, plus my spine alignment is better. It did not work for my wife, but I'm 100lbs heavier and have broad shoulders.
