I was replacing the exact same pillow that I had bought years ago, not realizing the strong chemical scent of these pillows. They work for what I need, but the smell has not totally cleared out yet. Let these sit and air out for a day or two before you put a pillowcase on or use them.

Received this pillow and it’s very heavy, tag on it does not read Serta. It was not in the box like the picture and has black stains on it. Looks like mold is growing inside of this. Going to return this do not want to sleep on something that looks like this. It also smells very bad!

The Serra Gel memory foam pillow is a pillow my girl friend cannot sleep without. She wanted a pillow to give support but still be comfortable she thought she had that in a My pillow but it did not maintain an all night support. So far the Serra pillow works all night long for a great night sleep..

I bought one from my local Sam's about 4 yrs ago. I fell in love the first night. I only sleep on my side and other pillows never support my neck properly. This one does. I went back and bought 1 more just to have. Then I just now bought 2 more for my parents.

I bought this pillow over a year ago at Sam’s Club. Absolutely loved it! I bought it again recently during their sale. It is not the same pillow. They have replaced it with a different brand and it is not the same. It does not hold up as long nor does it have the same firmness as the original. Can’t give it more than one star since they describe it as one item and send you another.

I bought this pillow because it was on sale and I have neck problems. I always wake up with a stiff neck. I am a side sleeper so I decided to try it. I can't sleep on it at all. The memory foam is too hard and it really doesn't support my neck. I requested a return and Sams refunded my money.

My dad asked for the My Pillow for Christmas but it was like $50. I saw this a decided to get one for my dad and my self since it was on sale and let me just say I love it. I think my dad is gonna love it. My husband and I fight over this pillow. Maybe I'll get him one too...

I returned this pillow for 2 reasons. First, the smell is pretty intense, even when "aired out" for a few days. However, more importantly, it didn't seem to be any different than any other pillow. I don't know what exactly makes a "side sleeper pillow," but it didn't make any difference for me.

Unbelievable sleep from the first night! I bought this pillow after performing multiple searches over several months. Ive always been s side sleeper but I didn’t realize the pillow would make that much difference. But it does and I’m an idiot for not trying it sooner. I’ve had cervical spine surgery from s car accident and I wish I had this pillow during recovery. I can’t say enough great things about it.

I bought this in hopes that I would love it. Unfortunately I didn’t like it. I used it for 2-3 weeks to give it a chance to break in. Still having causing me more pain than it should. It does keep cool, I give it that. I will be reaching out sams club and see if I can return. If not I’ll consider it another pillow purchase down the drain.
