This pillow should be re-named the neck-saver pillow. It is supportive without having to be so thick that my neck is stretched and bent throughout the night. I would really, really love to have this pillow in a travel size for the ultimate comfort size.

Not as good as the old ones-the tag list 100% polyurethane foam-does not list any gel content. I bought one previously and that tag lists 95% polyurethane foam and 5% gel. Same company-same product-both bought at Sam’s. But the new pillow is lighter weight and does not have the same feel as the older product

I was so excited to see this pillow! I already had one of these pillows and had been looking for another one just like it. However, this version is not quite as thick nor cool as the original. :( I'm disappointed that the quality is not up to the original pillow. Not that it's a big deal, but I expected the pillow to come in the manufacturer's box.

I believe I received a defective product. The memory foam cushion had discoloration and it had crater looking holes in it which were grayish black in color…not all over. Only one one side! I had bought it online. I was able to return it back to the store. I will buy it again … this time from the store… and hopefully it should be good!

I saw these pillow in the store and fell in love with them. However, I order them online and the pillows were not shipped in the original packaging. They were in a brown box, they also has a very unpleasant odor. Unable to use them since the smell is pretty strong.

In the last year or so I've tried several pillows in hopes of replacing one that after 15 years finally is just too worn out. I've returned all the hopeful candidates except this one. The Serta Gel Memory Foam Side Sleeper Pillow did for me what I was looking for. Great pillow, Sam's Great price.

Have had trouble for years with stiff necks and back pains in the morning. Bought this pillow on a friend’s recommendation and have had some of the best nights sleeps in a long time. It holds its shape all night, provides good support and I really recommend it for anyone.

I bought this during g the November sale and was so disappointed. First the pillow did not come packaged as shown it came in clear plasticbags. Then the pillows offered 0 support. They just went flat when got lay on them. Bad pillow, save yourself the trouble and dont buy this one.

This is my second time purchasing this particular pillow from Sam's Club. The first one lasted well over 5 years, I've had this one less than a month and it's already flat and causing my neck to hurt when I sleep. I wish I could return it for a refund.

I was excited to try this pillow for my new Queen bed I received Nov, 2016. I am a side sleeper and used to use a tempurpedic contoured pillow. It was old & did not support my head, causing neck pain. I bought this Serta pillow from a recommendation from a fellow side-sleeper, but it has not worked for me. I'm 6 ft tall and it makes my head sit up TOO high, causing an un-natural bend in my neck and making my lower back pinch!. I'm not sure why its SO THICK. I think if it was 'cut in half' it would be the perfect level for me, but as it is, it does not work. I thought using it for the past 3 weeks would help, but it just makes me visit the chiropractor MORE often. That is NOT what I want. Since I cannot send it back. I may donate it to the homeless shelter for someone else to use. So, my search for a side sleeper pillow to give proper spinal alignment continues!
