Not as good as the old ones-the tag list 100% polyurethane foam-does not list any gel content. I bought one previously and that tag lists 95% polyurethane foam and 5% gel. Same company-same product-both bought at Sam’s. But the new pillow is lighter weight and does not have the same feel as the older product

I bought this pillow because it was on sale and I have neck problems. I always wake up with a stiff neck. I am a side sleeper so I decided to try it. I can't sleep on it at all. The memory foam is too hard and it really doesn't support my neck. I requested a return and Sams refunded my money.

I was excited to try this pillow for my new Queen bed I received Nov, 2016. I am a side sleeper and used to use a tempurpedic contoured pillow. It was old & did not support my head, causing neck pain. I bought this Serta pillow from a recommendation from a fellow side-sleeper, but it has not worked for me. I'm 6 ft tall and it makes my head sit up TOO high, causing an un-natural bend in my neck and making my lower back pinch!. I'm not sure why its SO THICK. I think if it was 'cut in half' it would be the perfect level for me, but as it is, it does not work. I thought using it for the past 3 weeks would help, but it just makes me visit the chiropractor MORE often. That is NOT what I want. Since I cannot send it back. I may donate it to the homeless shelter for someone else to use. So, my search for a side sleeper pillow to give proper spinal alignment continues!

Received this pillow and it’s very heavy, tag on it does not read Serta. It was not in the box like the picture and has black stains on it. Looks like mold is growing inside of this. Going to return this do not want to sleep on something that looks like this. It also smells very bad!

Not what I expected. it had the same title as previous chilling pillows that I’ve gotten from Serra via Sams. However, wallet definitely had some microfiber. I didn’t even try it because for two weeks I said it by my mobile portable AC because it hadn’t got cold like the other ones and for two weeks it never changed in temperature so I returned it.

My dad asked for the My Pillow for Christmas but it was like $50. I saw this a decided to get one for my dad and my self since it was on sale and let me just say I love it. I think my dad is gonna love it. My husband and I fight over this pillow. Maybe I'll get him one too...

Unbelievable sleep from the first night! I bought this pillow after performing multiple searches over several months. Ive always been s side sleeper but I didn’t realize the pillow would make that much difference. But it does and I’m an idiot for not trying it sooner. I’ve had cervical spine surgery from s car accident and I wish I had this pillow during recovery. I can’t say enough great things about it.

I bought one from my local Sam's about 4 yrs ago. I fell in love the first night. I only sleep on my side and other pillows never support my neck properly. This one does. I went back and bought 1 more just to have. Then I just now bought 2 more for my parents.

I bought this pillow over a year ago at Sam’s Club. Absolutely loved it! I bought it again recently during their sale. It is not the same pillow. They have replaced it with a different brand and it is not the same. It does not hold up as long nor does it have the same firmness as the original. Can’t give it more than one star since they describe it as one item and send you another.

I ordered 2 pillows. They came in separate boxes, but the pillows were not in the pictured Serta box. The pillow itself looks like the picture, but nowhere does it say Serta. So it may or may not be name brand, but the pillow sleeps great and I have no plans to return it.
