I bought this a month ago and it is still off gassing. It also doesn’t have enough support to be a “side sleeper” pillow. I would not recommend it.

Kept me awake most of the night, not being able to find a good position. Too mushy. No form. Sorry

I was disappointed in this pillow. Your head seems not to get a lot of support. It feels good at first till your head sinks to the bottom of the pillow

So far seems good, I hope it doesn't squish down. Slept fine first night. The store ran out so I had to order online the only reason I ordered online was shipping was only 98 cents or I would have just found it elsewhere.

So far one of the best side sleep pillows I’ve purchased. Doesn’t go flat over night, not to stiff. No more neck shoulder pain. Very happy with this purchase.

One side of the pillow is filled with holes like a sponge, is this normal?

I ordered 2 pillows. They came in separate boxes, but the pillows were not in the pictured Serta box. The pillow itself looks like the picture, but nowhere does it say Serta. So it may or may not be name brand, but the pillow sleeps great and I have no plans to return it.

The hype surrounding pillows is quite high I normally pay about $20 for two pillows. So, this pillow felt expensive to me. However, I’m pleased and enjoy it. My neck and back seem straighter while sleeping and my head is supposed at the right angle.

Not what I expected. it had the same title as previous chilling pillows that I’ve gotten from Serra via Sams. However, wallet definitely had some microfiber. I didn’t even try it because for two weeks I said it by my mobile portable AC because it hadn’t got cold like the other ones and for two weeks it never changed in temperature so I returned it.

I brought two of these, one for me and one for my wife. We both find them hard and uncomfortable. They do not contour to your head and have very little give. We both feel that this was a waste of our money, we won't use them and will end up shoving them in a closet.
