I was disappointed in this pillow. Your head seems not to get a lot of support. It feels good at first till your head sinks to the bottom of the pillow

I had purchased this same pillow a few years ago and it was time to replace. The quality has gone way down hill. Once your head is on the pillow it doesn’t even feel like there is anything between your head and your bed.

So far one of the best side sleep pillows I’ve purchased. Doesn’t go flat over night, not to stiff. No more neck shoulder pain. Very happy with this purchase.

So far seems good, I hope it doesn't squish down. Slept fine first night. The store ran out so I had to order online the only reason I ordered online was shipping was only 98 cents or I would have just found it elsewhere.

This pillow should be re-named the neck-saver pillow. It is supportive without having to be so thick that my neck is stretched and bent throughout the night. I would really, really love to have this pillow in a travel size for the ultimate comfort size.

I ordered 2 pillows. They came in separate boxes, but the pillows were not in the pictured Serta box. The pillow itself looks like the picture, but nowhere does it say Serta. So it may or may not be name brand, but the pillow sleeps great and I have no plans to return it.

The Serra Gel memory foam pillow is a pillow my girl friend cannot sleep without. She wanted a pillow to give support but still be comfortable she thought she had that in a My pillow but it did not maintain an all night support. So far the Serra pillow works all night long for a great night sleep..

Not what I expected. it had the same title as previous chilling pillows that I’ve gotten from Serra via Sams. However, wallet definitely had some microfiber. I didn’t even try it because for two weeks I said it by my mobile portable AC because it hadn’t got cold like the other ones and for two weeks it never changed in temperature so I returned it.

I bought one from my local Sam's about 4 yrs ago. I fell in love the first night. I only sleep on my side and other pillows never support my neck properly. This one does. I went back and bought 1 more just to have. Then I just now bought 2 more for my parents.

Have had trouble for years with stiff necks and back pains in the morning. Bought this pillow on a friend’s recommendation and have had some of the best nights sleeps in a long time. It holds its shape all night, provides good support and I really recommend it for anyone.
