Have an arthritic neck and this really helps with support when I sleep. Tried that one advertised on TV all the time (you know the one!) and it worked great the first couple weeks then started loosing its form and was no longer helpful. Saw this at a great price and one of the reviews was from someone with migraine trouble which I have as well so decided to give it a shot. Very different than the other pillows I have tried as it is firmer than I am used to or prefer but after three nights I do feel some relief in the morning. And believe me some relief for my neck and migraines is fantastic.

I was walking up with a sore neck or shoulders for months. The soreness was gone after the second night using this pillow. I wasn't sure how I felt about it the first night, probably because I got so used to my shoulder scrunching up while sleeping on my side. Pillow feels great now, even when I want to sleep on my back.

I have spent $$$$ trying to find a pillow that I can sleep on that will not cause neck pain and arm pain. I have spent over 100$ on a pillow before. This pillow blows them all out of the water. No more neck pain. No more waking up with numbness in my arms. Thank God for this pillow.

It was finally time to replace the original ones I bought about 10 years ago. This has been the ONLY pillow I find comfortable, and I've even bought it as a gift for another family member. As a mainly side sleepers who also occasionally sleep on their backs, we love these pillows. They're perfect. The only 2 negatives are the slight smell you experience for a bit after opening and that you can't wash the entire pillow.

Apparently I am very fussy with pillows. This pillow seems well made and I like the firmness mostly. It was a little too firm and didn't give any for my head to settle in )if that makes sense. Side sleeper with shoulder at pillow, the pillow height was too high so my neck was bent sideways. Not comfortable and I know that would have hurt for days. Now, for someone with bigger shoulders, it might work just fine! If it felt cool (like I'm always hope they do when they are advertised as such) I would have found a way to make it work. Ha! As it is, my daughter has taken it as an extra cushion to her fort.

I have an older version of this pillow that has started to get a little too soft after 8 or 9 years. This new version is way too firm. I prefer a firm pillow, but this is uncomfortably firm. When I lay on it, my head does not sink into the pillow at all.

I bought this pillow in hopes of replacing the exact Serta cooling gel pillow that is pictured. The pillow I received looks nothing like the picture. It did not come in a Serta box and it does not have any cooling gel. My old pillow is cool to the touch whereas this one has no cooling effect that I can perceive. I will be returning this and looking elsewhere.

This is not a Serra pillow! This pillow came in a plain plastic bag without any logo or pretty box like the picture and it stunk so bad there was no way I could put my head on it to sleep. I immediately started a return. Don't waste your time on this pillow.

This is my 3rd time purchasing these pillows. The first two times were fantastic, however, the third time through I feel like I was given a different product. The pillow looks the same, but feels much softer. The pillow collapses under the weight of my head, turning into a pancake.

Great support when you first fall asleep but through the night your head continues to sink towards the mattress. Woke up everyday with a massive headache, sore neck and shoulders. Also, pillow has horrible chemical smell and had to be aired out for several days before use. Don’t waste your money.
