It wasn’t the same firmness as the same exact pillow I purchased years ago. I’m not sure if they have slacked off on quality but definitely not the same pillow.

This compresses to a couple of inches where you need it to. I have been trying to find a good side sleeper pillow for a long time and after trying several brands, finally one won't go on to the guest room!

I have purchased this pillow 3 times and this pillow didn't even come in the box and it is nothing like the last two I purchased. This one has no support what so ever.

I bought coz I have neck and headache almost every day and is perfect since day 1. My neck and head have the perfect support, no more headache. Perfect for side sleep. The only thing is that is smaller than a regular pillow and look little small on the pillow case.

We purchased one of these for my husband. He loved it. I tried it out and fell asleep within a few minutes. We ordered another one. There is some chemical odor at first. We just aired ours out for a few days, and everything was great after that. We HIGHLY recommend them.

I bought this a month ago and I slept on it (well I tried to sleep on it) a couple of nights and at first it feels good but after a few minutes it gets hard and I can’t sleep on a hard pillow. I tried it two more nights - no go! I’d like to return it but they probably won’t take it back now.

Bought two pillows earlier this year, could not help to go back and convert my room’s pillows to this type because of the exceptional quality. For the guest rooms, I bought them also, I use a combination of soft pillows and these ones. Our guests love them!

This is a nice pillow when compared to a standard memory foam pillow as it is not hard and stiff but soft and squeezable. However sometimes I just don't feel enough support. I am still getting used to the pillow and I hope with a little more time I will grow to like the support it provides.

I have tried several pillow solutions for my neck problems and this one finally did the trick. I've paid over $100 for pillows. Tried hard, soft, and shaped pillows. I tend to sleep on my sides and since this pillow is thin but also firm, it keeps my neck straight in line with my spine. I recommend it if you are a side sleeper with neck pain.

Two pillows arrived in separate boxes. Both had mold/water damage/stains/something on the pillows. I will be returning both.
