This pillow was awful for me! I slept with it one night and could not even last the whole night! My husband was curious about the pillow so within the middle of night, I woke him up and we switched pillows. By morning, he had to switch pillows because it was just that awful! I have tried a couple of family members to get it and they would take it home, then bring it right back. It's just a pillow back in the closet now. The pillow is way too thick. I sleep on my side every night but it just doesn't suit me.

I've been using this pillow for years and just replacing every now and then. This last time it was immediately apparent that it was softer than in days gone by. I have to have a pillow of exactly the right height or over time my neck will develop an ache and after a few weeks that's exactly where I am. I'm thankful I didn't throw away my old one so I can at least fix my immediate problem. The longer term problem will be finding a new type of pillow that will work again.

This pillow has a washable outside cover which I love. This pillow also never goes flat even when you are laying on it. It fits to your body and provides a comforting feeling. You don't need to double up the pillow. One is enough. The only negative thing is that if you plan to sleep on your back you may want to have a standard pillow in the bed as well. This pillow is hard to use on your back because it cuts off airflow and makes it harder to breathe. Other than that it's a great quality pillow. Go Serta!!

I bought this pillow in hopes of replacing the exact Serta cooling gel pillow that is pictured. The pillow I received looks nothing like the picture. It did not come in a Serta box and it does not have any cooling gel. My old pillow is cool to the touch whereas this one has no cooling effect that I can perceive. I will be returning this and looking elsewhere.

Love this side sleeper pillow. It is so comfortable. The only thing is it seems to get a little warm, so I have to flip it over to the cool side. But for the price, it is great. I would recommend it to any one who has neck and back problems. Oh and did I mention great price!

My Doctor told me to get a side sleepers pillow, as my hand had a tingly going to sleep feeling and he recommended getting a side sleeper pillow. I looked everywhere and saw this one at Sam's and ordered it. The price was excellent and my hand no longer has it problems. I really like this pillow and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a side sleeping pilow.

My husband and I bought similar pillows at Sam's Club about 8 years ago and decided it was time to get some more. This pillow is the same style but a different brand from the previous one. It is firmer, as well. If you are a side sleeper with wide shoulders, this is a great pillow for you. It's also fantastic to support my leg while sleeping on my side. It's a little firmer than I would like for my head.

Purchased pillow few weeks ago after I had surgery on my shoulder. I am a side sleeper, I just wasn't getting comfortable with my regular memory foam pillow. After trying this the first night it really was much more comfortable for me and I could actually sleep more comfortably on my side. Worth the money for sure.

The description of this pillow indicated it was a side sleeper and would conform to the head/neck. I did not find that to be true. It is way to firm and not for a problem neck. It may be okay for someone just looking for a pillow who doesn't have a problem.

This pillow is my forever pillow!!!! I bought this pillow over a year ago and it feels as good as brand new I bought another one just in case something happens to my first one or they stop making it!!! Love it!!!! sleeping better this year than I have ever slept in my 49 years before I found this gem!!!!
