It says it’s cool - not so! Gives me neck pains. I have tried “breaking it in” so to speak, fluffing it, i fall asleep but I am very uncomfortable in the middle of the night and have to switch pillows

I seldom write reviews but I bought these to get rid of my My-Pillow brand pillows off of TV. These pillows are the best and cool on both sides. Bought two and probably will buy some in the far future. They are great.

I'm not easy to please when it comes to my pillow but this one didn't disappoint. Strange but I like my bed warm and my pillow temperature cool. Soft but good support.

Too tall for me as a side sleeper. My head and neck weren’t aligned at all. Didn’t like laying on it to rest let alone sleep. Two weeks after opening it still has a chemical smell to it.

Wonderful if you are a stomach or side sleeper. The stuffing doesnt hold firm. If you are a side sleeper youll need to stack anothe pillow with this to make it work

I love the pillow; however, the chemical odor is overbearing. I washed the lining and let the pillow sit out for a few days to air out, but nothing seems to help. The odor is simply unbearable.

I like the thickness and flexibility of this pillow. It doesn't make me hot at not like the body pillow I sued before I got this Serta foam /side Sleeper Pillow.

Got this after having a similar pillow that I loved. This one isn’t quite made the same though. It’s a little thicker and a little firmer. Still a really nice pillow though

The pillow itself is good. It does flatten pretty fast when sleeping on side or back for that matter. I have to flip the pillow at least 5 times a night. Very Tired

Although the quality is great, I'm rating this pillow just fair. The pillow itself is very hard and too high for me to sleep. It may work for someone else, but for me, after one night, I gave it to my daughter for her spare bedroom.
