I received this pillow on January 9, 2025. I noticed some spots on the outer cover, leading me to pull back the cover, then another cover, to reveal deep holes in the foam. These holes measured 1-1/2 inches across, and as deep over one whole side of the pillow. Half of that one side was so pocked up it could be felt when I lay my head on it. Seeking help I was shunned away

This pillow is the best ever! Super comfy. I needed a new pillow because i wake up with a sore neck and i just cant seem to get comfortable. The inly thing is, it has a smell.. Idk but the pillow is fantastic, perfect temperature at all times and you cant beat the price! I want to get the mattress pad soon!

I've purchased two of these pillows years ago, and they are amazing. My daughter took mine, so I brought the 2nd one which I loved. Recently, I left that pillow in a hotel and can't go back to get it. I ordered this one, thinking it would be the same. IT IS NOT THE SAME PILLOW IT USED TO BE. I tried to use it for two nights, and it's hurting my neck, and there is also no cooling effect. It seems that Serta has sold the item to another manufacturer, or they are not making the same product they used to. I will be returning mine back to Sam's.

Love this side sleeper pillow. It is so comfortable. The only thing is it seems to get a little warm, so I have to flip it over to the cool side. But for the price, it is great. I would recommend it to any one who has neck and back problems. Oh and did I mention great price!

I bought this pillow in hopes of replacing the exact Serta cooling gel pillow that is pictured. The pillow I received looks nothing like the picture. It did not come in a Serta box and it does not have any cooling gel. My old pillow is cool to the touch whereas this one has no cooling effect that I can perceive. I will be returning this and looking elsewhere.

This pillow has a washable outside cover which I love. This pillow also never goes flat even when you are laying on it. It fits to your body and provides a comforting feeling. You don't need to double up the pillow. One is enough. The only negative thing is that if you plan to sleep on your back you may want to have a standard pillow in the bed as well. This pillow is hard to use on your back because it cuts off airflow and makes it harder to breathe. Other than that it's a great quality pillow. Go Serta!!

My Doctor told me to get a side sleepers pillow, as my hand had a tingly going to sleep feeling and he recommended getting a side sleeper pillow. I looked everywhere and saw this one at Sam's and ordered it. The price was excellent and my hand no longer has it problems. I really like this pillow and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a side sleeping pilow.

These pillows give great neck support! The only negative comment I will make is that I had a previous pillow that I swear is the same as this one but it seemed to have a stiffer foam or gel or whatever. This one seems softer but if I flip it then the other side is higher until it settles a little. The previous pillow didn't seem to require the flipping until it got older. This would not stop me from buying the pillow again but if I could find that previous pillow it would be the winning choice for me. Great pillow though, don't think I am being negative; it is worth it and you will probably love it if you like neck and shoulder support. Enjoy!
