I'm sleeping much better!! Has a slight odor when opened but disappears in a few short days.(This is noted in the instructions.) Very happy, would recommend.

My boyfriend and I each have a pillow like this. We love them. I find sleeping on this pillow has actually helped lessen the amount of headaches I was having.

Excellent pillow for side sleepers… and ok for when sleeping on your back as well. Provides good support. Great price post-Thanksgiving so got an extra one for me and one for mom too.

I purchased 6 of them. They are very strong in smell, not good quality of memory foam material. I returned all of them at local Sams club. Thanks to service desk team. Not a good experience

This is the second time I have purchased this pillow. I love the comfort of it...but this time there is a slightly funky smell to the pillow. A bit disappointed.

Pillow did not come in a box, just a plastic bag. No label. We don't even know if it's a Serta. Could be used and someone returned it. Will be calling for a replacement.

Purchased pillow few weeks ago after I had surgery on my shoulder. I am a side sleeper, I just wasn't getting comfortable with my regular memory foam pillow. After trying this the first night it really was much more comfortable for me and I could actually sleep more comfortably on my side. Worth the money for sure.

I bought this pillow in hopes of replacing the exact Serta cooling gel pillow that is pictured. The pillow I received looks nothing like the picture. It did not come in a Serta box and it does not have any cooling gel. My old pillow is cool to the touch whereas this one has no cooling effect that I can perceive. I will be returning this and looking elsewhere.

I have been searching for a pillow to help me sleep (I have fibromyalgia and chronic migraines along with arthritis in my neck and spine) THIS PILLOW IS AN ANSWER TO PRAYER! It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever used (including the one I have at twice this one's price) . It holds its shape (I have had it for over a year) and I have NEVER had a problem with it. WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN GOLD. You won't be sorry with your purchase.

I'm not sure whether I love or hate this pillow. Let me explain... On the plus side - thanks the the memory foam, its surface is soft and squishy. And thanks to the gel, it's also cool. On the minus side - again, thanks to the foam and gel, it's much heavier than a typical pillow. On the plus side - it's the perfect depth to support your head when you sleep on your side. On the minus side - it's a bit "thick" for when you sleep on your back. On the plus side - it's small enough that the weight of the foam/gel content doesn't make it grossly overweight. On the minus side - it's considerably smaller than a typical Queen sized pillow (AKA, it "swims" inside a Queen pillow case. See what I mean... love/hate - you be the judge.
