I bought this a couple of months ago. I tried it for 2weeks like they said. It's just too thick for me. I'm going to give it to my husband and see if he likes it

So happy I bought this so comfortable, great price. Only thing it has a very weird smell. It's gotten a little less intense but it's still there. Otherwise highly recommend my husband wants one too

I’ve tried many memory foam pillows & though some were very comfortable, they all were rather hot. Not only is this pillow comfortable but the gel truly keeps you cool!

Good soft foam, but a bit too thick. It doesn't have a good shape, plus it's too thick, but it does work well for backs and legs, not too good for heads if you have arthritis in your neck like me.

Serta is usually a great brand. But the odor/fumes from this pillow made me sick. I am not usually highly sensitive, but I had an allergic reaction. Placed pillow outdoors overnight then tried again- same reaction second time!

Wonderful if you are a stomach or side sleeper. The stuffing doesnt hold firm. If you are a side sleeper youll need to stack anothe pillow with this to make it work

Used it 3 times and it's going back. Doesn't conform and keep my head up too high. Like the opposite of feather pillows. I couldn't sleep on it. Smells weird as well

Even after being out of the package, sitting outside in the sun for hours, and a month later it still smells like straight up chemicals. I understand this is common, but I’ve had similar pillows and it’s never been this bad.

This is my third pillow. I have tried a few other memory foam pillows but none have been as great as the serial. I was so sad when they stopped carrying it in the store and when it goes on sale I always bup a bunch

If you like super soft squishy pillows then this is perfect. I expected the crescent cut on the bottom for side sleeping as I had in a different one, but it was fine. Just too soft for me.
