The pillow is a little hard and I've had trouble sleeping on it. The paperwork says it could take some people several weeks to get used to the pillow and it's been few weeks, so I'll keep trying.

The smell from the foam was so strong I had to leave the pillow outdoors for 2 days and air our indoors another 3 days before use. It still has a slight smell. Barely use it

I like the thickness and flexibility of this pillow. It doesn't make me hot at not like the body pillow I sued before I got this Serta foam /side Sleeper Pillow.

This is my 4th side sleeper pillow, I have them everywhere and really do not want to try sleeping without it, well worth the investment my oldest one is in almost the same shape as my newest one

Bought these for my parents because I LOVE mine. The ones sent for them have a horrible smell and we cannot seem to get the smell out. Not sure what to do!

Was not what expected. Too firm and not “pliable” enough to contour to the head. If you like a bulky pillow, this is for you; but not for me. Also had a weird smell.

So happy I bought this so comfortable, great price. Only thing it has a very weird smell. It's gotten a little less intense but it's still there. Otherwise highly recommend my husband wants one too

I really like this pillow. Its soft and comfortable, and conforms to provide good support and prevents from putting too much pressure on my arms when I position them under my pillow.

I love the pillow, cooling feature and it contours to my neck perfectly. Do note that it smells odd for a few days. This is normal and goes away after it’s aired out.

I have several serta products from dog beds to mattresses and they all have the serta trademark sewn in the seams. This pillow comes in a plain plastic bag with no serta logo. It is however, almost as comfortable as my other 2 serta pillows.
