I am always on the lookout for the perfect pillow. This unfortunately was way too hard for me. I am a small woman and it's too high for my neck structure.

I am very happy with my memory foam pillow. It is amazing. It's not too soft or hard and it conforms to my head very well. The initial oder will go away after awhile. This is the best pillow that I've purchased so far.

Having bought memory foam pillows when they first came out I wasn't expecting these to be so comfortable. Both my husband and I get a a good nights sleep using them.

No problem getting used to this pillow from the first night. Also, it has cooling ability to keep your head from getting hot. AND.......the price is really nice!!

Received one week ago, one day to air out, and nothing but great nights sleep after that. Can honestly say the best pillow we've ever had. Only negative, wish it was slightly larger. Great Pillow !

I love the pillow, cooling feature and it contours to my neck perfectly. Do note that it smells odd for a few days. This is normal and goes away after it’s aired out.

A year ago I bought this Same pillow in the store and loved it! I bought this one on line and it’s not the same pillow!!! Very poor quality and very thin

Too Soft. I like my pillow to provide a bit of an extra support. This one was a little too soft for my liking. I suffer from shoulder and neck pains and would have liked the pillow to be firmer.

Bought these for my parents because I LOVE mine. The ones sent for them have a horrible smell and we cannot seem to get the smell out. Not sure what to do!

Pretty decent pillow. I normally love to sleep with 2 pillows for the added support and comfort but because of the firmness of this pillow I do not need a second.
