I really like this pillow. Its soft and comfortable, and conforms to provide good support and prevents from putting too much pressure on my arms when I position them under my pillow.

Too Soft. I like my pillow to provide a bit of an extra support. This one was a little too soft for my liking. I suffer from shoulder and neck pains and would have liked the pillow to be firmer.

As other reviews have stated, the strange smell was irritating at first, but it has faded after a few days. The pillow seems to be helping my tossing and turning.

I bought this a few weeks ago and so far, I really like it. I sleep on my side and this pillow seems just right. It's a but heavy to pick up, but that doesn't matter when you're sleeping.

i gave this to my wife as a christmas present and when she opened it and took it out of the plastic it had stains all over it. it has been used and repackaged. so disgusting!

If you sleep on your side, this pillow is for you. The square corners keep your head parallel to the bed and not facing down like a regular pillow. Plus, your shoulder isn't scrunched. Recommended!

The pillow itself is extremely comfortable. The only problem is the center of the pillow is too tall for me and has my head too high & my neck at an angle. Hopefully this helps. I'm not sure how to explain it.

I have several serta products from dog beds to mattresses and they all have the serta trademark sewn in the seams. This pillow comes in a plain plastic bag with no serta logo. It is however, almost as comfortable as my other 2 serta pillows.
