It says it’s cool - not so! Gives me neck pains. I have tried “breaking it in” so to speak, fluffing it, i fall asleep but I am very uncomfortable in the middle of the night and have to switch pillows

I'm a bit picky when it comes to my pillows, ok wierd, lol. If your a side sleeper like myself, this is the pillow for you. Exactly as described. Try it, you might like it. If not, return it. I'll bet you'll keep it. Sweet Dreams...

Serta is usually a great brand. But the odor/fumes from this pillow made me sick. I am not usually highly sensitive, but I had an allergic reaction. Placed pillow outdoors overnight then tried again- same reaction second time!

So many pillows in the past that have failed me. Down etc. always flatten in the center. So far this pillow has remained full after a month of comfortable use.

Fast delivery and you only need one pillow per person. We have always slept on 2 not needed with these pillows. Both of us sleep well on these side or back. Not too hard.

If you sleep on your side, this pillow is for you. The square corners keep your head parallel to the bed and not facing down like a regular pillow. Plus, your shoulder isn't scrunched. Recommended!

The pillow seemed fine the first couple of days but my neck started having a lot of pain and not able to turn my neck completely on the side I slept on. I want to returned them but have to receipt.

Pillows are very comfortable and have retained their shape but we have only had them for 2 weeks. delivery was delayed several times but that normally doesn't occur.

Was not what expected. Too firm and not “pliable” enough to contour to the head. If you like a bulky pillow, this is for you; but not for me. Also had a weird smell.

I love the pillow, cooling feature and it contours to my neck perfectly. Do note that it smells odd for a few days. This is normal and goes away after it’s aired out.
