I have several serta products from dog beds to mattresses and they all have the serta trademark sewn in the seams. This pillow comes in a plain plastic bag with no serta logo. It is however, almost as comfortable as my other 2 serta pillows.

This is my 4th side sleeper pillow, I have them everywhere and really do not want to try sleeping without it, well worth the investment my oldest one is in almost the same shape as my newest one

This is my third pillow. I have tried a few other memory foam pillows but none have been as great as the serial. I was so sad when they stopped carrying it in the store and when it goes on sale I always bup a bunch

If you like super soft squishy pillows then this is perfect. I expected the crescent cut on the bottom for side sleeping as I had in a different one, but it was fine. Just too soft for me.

The pillow had many indentations; holes all over one section of the pillow. It made me uneasy about using it as it didn’t seem that was how it was meant to be.

This pillow is hard as a rock. Could not sleep with it. Too difficult to return so I've kept it to use behind my regular pillow when sitting up reading in bed.

Purchased this item to replace a pillow that was ruined. Have slept in this particular pillow for some time now and recommend it to anyone who wants a soft but firm pillow.

I haven’t been able to use this because it smells horrible. I am trying to “febreeze” it & air it out because it says not to put it in the washer or dryer.

Have used the pillow for a few weeks now. I use it as a support pillow and it works great. I don’t use it as the primary pillow that my head rests on. I have GERD and need my head raised. I love it for my needs.

Had two of these for the last few years. Just bought two more for the guest bedroom. Always cool and they never go too soft. Always a good night sleep on these.
