Not cooling. Very firm.

I have always been a belly sleeper. Had to have surgery on my neck, so I can no longer sleep on my tummy. My husband bought this pillow for me, thinking it would be easier for me to learn to sleep on my side. He was right. I have had no trouble sleeping on either side. Or on my back, for that matter. I liked mine so good, He bought one for himself. It is really a dream pillow. So glad we found them.

I used to have a similar pillow for years and it finally wore out. I think it may have even been a Serta, but I digress. This pillow is supportive without being too firm. You get good loft without losing the comfortable cushiness. The best of both worlds!

I have spent years trying to find the right pillow for people with long achy necks and shoulders like me and this pillow has stopped the pain in my shoulders and neck. In fact, I love this pillow so much I bought a second one. Some say this pillow has a slight odor to it. What I did was air it out for a day or so then slip a cotton pillow protecter on it plus a pillow case it is fine now. This pillow is very soft and conforms to my neck and head perfectly and I get a wonderful nights sleep. I've had my pillow about 3 weeks and love it. Thanks Sam's Club and Serta for carrying this wonderful pillow.

Really small. Really hard. Not supportive.

Disappointed. One side is super thin and the other I assume normal. I threw the box away to return

This pillow doesn't work! Paid extra money for it and doesn't work.

serta memory foam pillow it is a good pillow i will use it but it doesnt help me with my dizzy as i sleep

It's a very soft pillow, but it does not feel firm. And it goes all the way down you lay On it. It does pop back up when you get up. Its ok.

I absolutely love this pillow! I need to buy probably 2 more. I finally found a memory foam pillow that I like!
