This pillow doesn't work! Paid extra money for it and doesn't work.

finally, a comfortable pillow for my neck that does not cause me problems and has not collapsed with use.

Not as firm as I expected. It feels as if you are not using a pillow after a few minutes laying your head on it.

Very comfortable. This is my second purchase of this pillow. I like the cooling effect on my head which helps me sleep through the night.

serta memory foam pillow it is a good pillow i will use it but it doesnt help me with my dizzy as i sleep

It's a very soft pillow, but it does not feel firm. And it goes all the way down you lay On it. It does pop back up when you get up. Its ok.

Too Soft. I like my pillow to provide a bit of an extra support. This one was a little too soft for my liking. I suffer from shoulder and neck pains and would have liked the pillow to be firmer.

I seldom write reviews but I bought these to get rid of my My-Pillow brand pillows off of TV. These pillows are the best and cool on both sides. Bought two and probably will buy some in the far future. They are great.

Love the pillow. Did have a smell to it out of the package, but with the mositure protective zipper sleeve that I bought and a regular pillow cover, no smell is found. Great pillowa
