I was very disappointed with this. I purchased one 3 years ago and did not need to replace it until now. I loved the old pillow. I liked that it was pretty firm and held up very well. Couldn't believe these were in sale for $15 but now I can't believe I paid that much for it. Not sure why it's different but the quality doesn't compare to the old one that I bought in the store. I'd pay full price if I could find something that was the same quality. That said.. if you prefer a non firm pillow you may enjoy this!

I have purchased this exact pilliw in the store multiple times. They only sell it online now and it is not the same pillow at all. The other pillows were firm and nounced bsck when ypu lay on them, this one is very soft and squishy. I was very disappointed and won't buy this from Sam's Club again.

I bought this pillow over a month ago. It really does keep my head and neck in a supported position that has really changed the way my shoulders feel when I wake up. Because I have tended to put my arm under my pillow to help support my head, I usually wake up with painful shoulders. This pillow has totally changed that. The jury is still out how long the pillow will stay plump but, for now, it's great!

i bought my first one at Sams club then my Husband liked it and we ggot his at the store my son told me he needed 2 new pillows i had him check mine out get me two mom and my Daughter came over mentioned the needed so pillows she also cheched mine out i orderd 6 online they got here and everybody got theres and i got a very good price 14.99 a piece .then my Daughter called me can you get one more my granddauther wants one to so i orderd 1 more had to pay full price this time sale was over. thank we all love them

I purchased these because of the brand name. They are comfortable. However, the chemical smell of the pillow is so strong I am not using it right now. I have been letting it air out for 3 days, but the smell is still pretty stong. I hope it dissipates soon so I can go back to using them. For this reason, I rated the pillow only with 2 stars.

I never noticed the difference at all between this and the Tempurpedic pillow that it replaced. I noticed absolutely no "Cooling" effect at all from this. It's a great pillow the for the sale price that I paid for it, but absolutely no difference noted between this & my other one.

This is the second time I have purchased this item the first time was probably 1-1/2 yerars ago one for myself and my husband. I liked it so much I purchased 2 more. This side pillow has really worked for us. I have put my new one away until I’m really to use it my old one is still fine. My husband uses a CPAC so his picks up more moisture and he decided to use his new one right away!

My husband had a really nice (and expensive) pillow, but complained about it being too thick. It held his head up more than he preferred. Sam's had a sale on this pillow, so I ordered it online sight unseen. It was a great price, and Sam's is very good about returns. It was a no brainer. It's a very nice pillow, nicely constructed, good quality. Best of all, my husband absolutely loves it!

I'm pretty happy with this pillow. I am a side sleeper and find this pillow to be comfortable. I just have 2 issues with it--the covering on the pillow causes your pillow case to constantly slide around and you have to straighten it up all of the time and I think if it had a notch in the pillow for your shoulder it would be absolutely perfect!

I cannot tell you how many pillows I have purchased over the years. Saw this pillow bundle on Sam's Club website, purchased it on a whim and LOVE it. Keeps my neck in a level and comfortable position. Sleep so sound, wake up refreshed and ready to go! Highly recommend these Serta side sleeper pillows.
