I bought this pillow with high expectations. The card inside the package said the pillow will have an odor and to let it air out for a bit. I let it air out for over 3 weeks and it smelled so bad that I got a headache when I got close to it. Smelled like bad chemicals. I returned it.

Excited to try this pillow since it fits all the criteria’s I need. I didn’t even get a week in when I went back to my old pillow. It gave me a headache every time. I’m waiting for my new mattress. I’ll give it a try again when it comes. Hopefully they’ll sync and I’ll finally have a good nights sleep.

I bought this a while ago now. Love this pillow. Have tried so many others and this one 100% better. No more sore neck when I wake up. Way better sleep. I should of bought more for other family members. If you have tried many other pillows as I have why not give this one a try,you will love it.

I think this is a pretty good pillow, however, I have had it for about 2 weeks and am still trying to get used to it. The instructions says it will take a while. I sleep on it half of the night before pulling out my old one...I did make it the whole night last night.

The pillow doesn't adjust to me quick enough during the night when I move. I have some neck pain and it causes it to get worse. Reminds me of laying my head on the arm of a sofa. It's soft but just just a little too ridged and I have to keep my shoulder all the way up against the pillow all the time or my neck has a gap between it and the bed with no support. It's basically a memory foam pillow. I am glad I didn't pay much for it

This is the second time I have purchased this item the first time was probably 1-1/2 yerars ago one for myself and my husband. I liked it so much I purchased 2 more. This side pillow has really worked for us. I have put my new one away until I’m really to use it my old one is still fine. My husband uses a CPAC so his picks up more moisture and he decided to use his new one right away!

I never noticed the difference at all between this and the Tempurpedic pillow that it replaced. I noticed absolutely no "Cooling" effect at all from this. It's a great pillow the for the sale price that I paid for it, but absolutely no difference noted between this & my other one.

I bought two pillows for myself and grand daughter. I never expected the amount of excellent support these pillows provide. I needed a pillow to give me head and shoulder support for a good night sleep. Thanks to Serra Gel Memory Foam I am able to sleep comfortable at night. My grand daughter need a pillow that stays cold since she has a tendency to sweat at night. Believe me when I say we bought are satisfied with our purchase. I recommend everyone to try it!

This pillow doesn't work! Paid extra money for it and doesn't work.

Disappointed. One side is super thin and the other I assume normal. I threw the box away to return
