I bought this pillow at the store a few years ago when I wanted to rebuy my store no longer carried it so I had to purchase online. I suffer from neck pain and this pillow has help me a lot so I wanted to rebuy this new pillow is shaped a little different not as square and feels just different. I dont really care of it, when I go to purchase again if I dont see it 1st i will not buy

I bought a pillow like this a few years ago, and I thought this is the perfect pillow. so I bought another one. but this one didn't have the same effect on me. it seemed to be more firmer, and after a few nights my neck and down in my shoulder started hurting.. so, I had to go back to my old one!

Like the pillow. It is firm and comfortable. Not necessarily "cool" but does not get warm. High enough to sleep comfortably on your side. Can sleep all night without tossing, turning or folding the pillow for height. If it stays firm and thick, I'm a fan for life.

I have stacks and stacks of pillows that I have tried over the years and I can say that this pillow has been wonderful so far! I've had it for about a month now. It gives my neck the proper ALL night support; it never loses it shape; I can breathe easier, and I sleep more comfortably! A chance I took that maybe THIS pillow would not be added to the "pillow pile stack", and it has lived up to my hopeful expectations! Give it a try! I plan to purchase two more for family members who have had the same trouble finding a pillow that works for them. This pillow has actually been better for me than the "MyPillow" brand which required that you frequently plump the pillow up to get it back to the correct shape. This pillow is effortless! Just sleep......

I'm pretty happy with this pillow. I am a side sleeper and find this pillow to be comfortable. I just have 2 issues with it--the covering on the pillow causes your pillow case to constantly slide around and you have to straighten it up all of the time and I think if it had a notch in the pillow for your shoulder it would be absolutely perfect!

I normally hate every pillow I have ever tried until this one and the Serta Cool pillow as well. My wife like the cool one so much she borrowed it permanently so when I saw this pillow for side sleepers I decided to give it a try. I sleep thru the night and no neck

I use the pillow to prop up to watch TV while reclining on the couch. It does prevent pain and numbness in my upper back and neck as I have arthritis very bad. I find it a bit high for sleeping with. Kinda makes my neck ache a little. That could be because of my arthritis though. It had a slight smell. I removed covering and let it air out for about 3 days. It's good now.

I love my Side Sleeper Pillow! It's comfort that I never thought was possible and has relieved most of my neck pain. The only thing that could make this pillow better is if it came with or be purchased separately, is a removable/washable pillow case. I've searched but have yet to find one. For now I use a standard pillow case, which doesn't fit well, but is better than nothing at all.

Have used the Serta Side Sleeper pillow for a week now and have gotten great relief - no more sore and stiff neck when I wake up in the morning. Have had no issues with 'latex smell' as reported in some of the reviews. Am very happy with this pillow.

I've always been a restless side sleeper. I have to put some effort into getting a good night sleep. I've tried many different pillow styles trying to find one promotes restful sleep and avoids cramped neck and shoulder muscles when I get up in the morning. This pillow is the one! Not sure why but it has given me a week of restful sleep leaving me feeling great when I get up in the morning. Wish I had bought two.
