I believe I received a defective product. The memory foam cushion had discoloration and it had crater looking holes in it which were grayish black in color…not all over. Only one one side! I had bought it online. I was able to return it back to the store. I will buy it again … this time from the store… and hopefully it should be good!

Have used the Serta Side Sleeper pillow for a week now and have gotten great relief - no more sore and stiff neck when I wake up in the morning. Have had no issues with 'latex smell' as reported in some of the reviews. Am very happy with this pillow.

I’ve have spent a lot of money and time trying to find a pillow that supports my neck but is soft as well.... this one is it for me! Typically, if it supports my neck, my ear ends up numb because it’s too hard. Not this one! It did have an odor when first opened, but I let it air out for a couple of days and it was fine. I’m going to go ahead and buy spares as it always seems when I find something I love... they quit making it or change it up! This one works for me!!

I bought this pillow a month ago and I am very happy that I did. I have bulging disk in my neck and this pillow has helped me to not wake up every morning with neck pain. It is very good quality also as I have tried other brands of side sleeper pillows that have gotten lumpy and not held up. Highly recommend this pillow!!!

I bought this pillow at the store a few years ago when I wanted to rebuy my store no longer carried it so I had to purchase online. I suffer from neck pain and this pillow has help me a lot so I wanted to rebuy this new pillow is shaped a little different not as square and feels just different. I dont really care of it, when I go to purchase again if I dont see it 1st i will not buy

I bought 2 of these pillows without seeing or touching them. I was unsure if I would like them. When they arrived I completely fell in love with them. The best pillows I have tried in a long time. I don’t know how they will hold up, but I can say that they are cooling and comfortable.

I'm pretty happy with this pillow. I am a side sleeper and find this pillow to be comfortable. I just have 2 issues with it--the covering on the pillow causes your pillow case to constantly slide around and you have to straighten it up all of the time and I think if it had a notch in the pillow for your shoulder it would be absolutely perfect!

I purchased one of these pillows at the store (Sam’s Club) over one year ago and have never slept better! When my wife began complaining about waking with neck pain (she has always been a two-pillow sleeper), I suggested that she try my pillow for a couple of nights. She slept so well and woke with no more neck pain that we just had to buy another one. We absolutely love our pillows!

I bought this pillow over a month ago. It really does keep my head and neck in a supported position that has really changed the way my shoulders feel when I wake up. Because I have tended to put my arm under my pillow to help support my head, I usually wake up with painful shoulders. This pillow has totally changed that. The jury is still out how long the pillow will stay plump but, for now, it's great!

I normally hate every pillow I have ever tried until this one and the Serta Cool pillow as well. My wife like the cool one so much she borrowed it permanently so when I saw this pillow for side sleepers I decided to give it a try. I sleep thru the night and no neck
