This pillow has been a really good one for me. The cushioning is stout enough to keep my head in the proper place while I sleep. It took me a couple of days to get used to it, but once I did, I have really liked it. One warning is that the smell out of the packaging is very strong chemical smell. I would plan on letting it sit out for at least two days before using it.

This pillow is working good so far. It is actually helping my hands as well as my neck since i have been able to lay my hand flat under the pillow instead of awaking with my hand balled up trying to support my head and neck under my old pillow. I am hopeful this pillow will convince to support as well as it has for the first 2 weeks since I've had it.

Have used the Serta Side Sleeper pillow for a week now and have gotten great relief - no more sore and stiff neck when I wake up in the morning. Have had no issues with 'latex smell' as reported in some of the reviews. Am very happy with this pillow.

I could not love this pillow any more than I do! It's the perfect firmness, but not so hard that it hurts my ears. I got one for my mother, too, and she said it was the best night's sleep she's had in ages. It doesn't stay cool for a long time once you've been lying on it for a while, but none of them do. Highly recommend!

I’ve have spent a lot of money and time trying to find a pillow that supports my neck but is soft as well.... this one is it for me! Typically, if it supports my neck, my ear ends up numb because it’s too hard. Not this one! It did have an odor when first opened, but I let it air out for a couple of days and it was fine. I’m going to go ahead and buy spares as it always seems when I find something I love... they quit making it or change it up! This one works for me!!

This is my second side sleeper pillow, this is by far the best pillow that I have ever owned. It is the right height and comfort for my head, neck and shoulder support. There is a weird smell to this pillow but with time and a pillow protector the smell does get better.

Like the pillow. It is firm and comfortable. Not necessarily "cool" but does not get warm. High enough to sleep comfortably on your side. Can sleep all night without tossing, turning or folding the pillow for height. If it stays firm and thick, I'm a fan for life.

I sleep on my side and so happy that these have more support for me. They have been very comfortable. There is a protective cover already on it that gives it a bit of extra protection. The only issue is when I put my pillow cases on them they like to come off easily as I move around a bit at night.

I normally hate every pillow I have ever tried until this one and the Serta Cool pillow as well. My wife like the cool one so much she borrowed it permanently so when I saw this pillow for side sleepers I decided to give it a try. I sleep thru the night and no neck

Read reviews complaining of smell so when I opened package I left pillow outside for several hours. The night I first used: no smell. Pillow is heavy and shaped. No need to ‘fluff’. Suppports head without being buried in it. Did not need to, actually could not tuck under chin for support when I slept on my side. Very comfortable when I slept on back too.
