My husband had a really nice (and expensive) pillow, but complained about it being too thick. It held his head up more than he preferred. Sam's had a sale on this pillow, so I ordered it online sight unseen. It was a great price, and Sam's is very good about returns. It was a no brainer. It's a very nice pillow, nicely constructed, good quality. Best of all, my husband absolutely loves it!

I thought this would be like every other pillow I have ever bought that would not be good on it's own and need to be used together with another pillow. Yet, this pillow on it's own works great, prevents me from waking up, and less tossing and turning and switching sides. Definitely recommend.

I recently purchased this Serta Gel Memory Foam pillow to replace a nice memory foam pillow I had for 7 years. I love my new pillow. It is very comfortable if you like memory foam. I will never go back to fiberfill pillows. I hope it lasts as long as my other pillow survived.

Excited to try this pillow since it fits all the criteria’s I need. I didn’t even get a week in when I went back to my old pillow. It gave me a headache every time. I’m waiting for my new mattress. I’ll give it a try again when it comes. Hopefully they’ll sync and I’ll finally have a good nights sleep.

I have bought two. One about six months ago and the smell was terrible and I had to put it outside and it never was good. I bought one during black Friday by mistake and it smells too. I've put it in a room we don't use till it airs out. I've sprayed it with Febreze and Lysol to no avail.

I bought this pillow with high expectations. The card inside the package said the pillow will have an odor and to let it air out for a bit. I let it air out for over 3 weeks and it smelled so bad that I got a headache when I got close to it. Smelled like bad chemicals. I returned it.

I bought this pillow over a month ago. It really does keep my head and neck in a supported position that has really changed the way my shoulders feel when I wake up. Because I have tended to put my arm under my pillow to help support my head, I usually wake up with painful shoulders. This pillow has totally changed that. The jury is still out how long the pillow will stay plump but, for now, it's great!

I could not love this pillow any more than I do! It's the perfect firmness, but not so hard that it hurts my ears. I got one for my mother, too, and she said it was the best night's sleep she's had in ages. It doesn't stay cool for a long time once you've been lying on it for a while, but none of them do. Highly recommend!

Seems like an ok pillow. However I had it for a few weeks and in still smells pretty bad. The pillow is also quite thick. Seems to thick for side sleeping. But maybe its the position I sleep. I really don't know. I put them in my guest room and recently had company. (Back sleepers) and said they were very comfortable. I think they are worth a try. I think it is just difficult for me to find the perfect pillow.

i bought my first one at Sams club then my Husband liked it and we ggot his at the store my son told me he needed 2 new pillows i had him check mine out get me two mom and my Daughter came over mentioned the needed so pillows she also cheched mine out i orderd 6 online they got here and everybody got theres and i got a very good price 14.99 a piece .then my Daughter called me can you get one more my granddauther wants one to so i orderd 1 more had to pay full price this time sale was over. thank we all love them
