I have never owned one of these pillows . I saw them and thought, get it, if you don,t like it,you can take it back. It is the best pillow i have ever bought. I went back and bought another.

Thought this would be perfect as I am a side sleeper, but it is too firm. The gel keeps a comfortable coolness, but the pillow is just too firm and thick for me.

I bought this pillow a few years ago and rebought it this year and it is terrible and too soft why did you change the pillow and put it in the same box

Seemed to have a good firmness... not too hard. But the loft was so high it put my neck at a crooked angel. Couldn’t even sleep on it one night. I returned it. I think it’s made for someone with broad shoulders.

I purchased these as a Christmas gift, but have brought several in the past. They hold their shape and love the coolness when you first lay your head down. Great product

Completey different pillow from previously ones made. Box shown is not how it comes. Just comes in a clear plastic bag. Placed next to old pillow that was the same product and quality is definitely 100x worse now. Disappointed, returning ASAP.

I cannot believe not one person has reviewed and reported the smell on these pillows. It is so strong I can smell it from several feet away. Had to return it.

The gel memory foam is nice , but the height of it is horrible. I bought this on black Friday and the past three nights my sleep had been horrible! Leaves my head tilted high with an angle. I crack my neck all night long with this thing.

i HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT SUPER FIRM PILLOWS , SO I THOUGH I'D GIVE THIS A TRY..JUST FANTASTIC FIRMNESS WITH ENOUGH GIVE TO CRADLE YOUR HEAD WITHOUT IT BEING SWALLOWED BY THE PILLOW..JUST WISH IT WAS MADE IN A KING SIZE..
