1st time in years that I don't have to change pillows every few hours thru the night. It hasn't cured my neck problems but let's me sleep much more comfortably EVERY night. I bought it when it was at a special price & wish I had gotten several.

I love this pillow! I have two and I'm definitely going to invest in more. I've mine for about 2 years now and they are still fluffy soft, but firm at the same time, they are still as good as new.

I just received this after ordering online and they sent me a dirty used pillow. You can do better, Serta!!! I read reviews stating this happened but sure didn’t think it would happen again. This is a big ick.

I have bought A LOT of pillows from mid price to high price, wish I had found this one. I have to have back injections and I have a deteriorating shoulder, this pillow is wonderful

Purchased the first one to check it out. Great value during the sale, beat all competition. Slept very well after airing out the factory smells. Very comfortable and adaptable for a side sleeper. Ordered four more on line.

I have never owned one of these pillows . I saw them and thought, get it, if you don,t like it,you can take it back. It is the best pillow i have ever bought. I went back and bought another.

I bought this pillow a few years ago and rebought it this year and it is terrible and too soft why did you change the pillow and put it in the same box

Seemed to have a good firmness... not too hard. But the loft was so high it put my neck at a crooked angel. Couldn’t even sleep on it one night. I returned it. I think it’s made for someone with broad shoulders.

I bought my daughter one last year for Christmas and she loved it so much I decided to buy 4 this year. The tag on these were different even though they are supposed to be the same pillow. They were not as good as the one from last year.

I've had this pillow for several years and really like it. It's very comfortable - with the memory foam you sink into it but it isn't too soft. Higlhy recommend.
