Have had my pillow for over 3yrs! Never lost its shape & I take it everywhere! Its been to Colorado, Mexico, Texas 😁🤭

I bought this pillow a year ago. It still is just as nice as the day I first slept on it. I highly recommend it! ❤

The gel memory foam is nice , but the height of it is horrible. I bought this on black Friday and the past three nights my sleep had been horrible! Leaves my head tilted high with an angle. I crack my neck all night long with this thing.

I bought this pillow a few years ago and rebought it this year and it is terrible and too soft why did you change the pillow and put it in the same box

Serta has cheapened their brand with Innocor Comfort which used to be Sleep Innovations. While they all may be owned by the "same company", they are certainly not the same quality.

I bought 2 when they were on sale. Wish I would have bought 4. I do not notice a smell at all on either one. I am sent sensitive and I smell nothing. Best pillows I have ever purchased. Finally getting some sleep without waking up with a headache!

My recent purchase is a Christmas gift for my son. I've been using these same pillows for several months now. I'm very happy with them and hope he will enjoy them too.

The pillow is comfortable, but I had to return it because it smells very strongly of plastic or whatever the memory foam is made of. I smelled it through several pillowcases.

I just received this after ordering online and they sent me a dirty used pillow. You can do better, Serta!!! I read reviews stating this happened but sure didn’t think it would happen again. This is a big ick.

I purchased these as a Christmas gift, but have brought several in the past. They hold their shape and love the coolness when you first lay your head down. Great product
