I've tried all different kinds of pillows and have never been completely satisfied... until now. This pillow is both soft and firm, if that makes sense. It's hard to explain, but it has the right amount of softness so that it cradles your head and neck. Yet there is enough firmness that your head and neck are supported. It is soooo comfortable. But the thing I like best is it STAYS THAT WAY. I've had pillows that were quite comfortable when I first got them, but in a few months they start getting flat and/or hard. I've had this pillow for many months & its' as comfortable as when I first got it. It is THE BEST pillow I've ever had & even better, it didn't cost me an arm & leg. LOVE IT!

This pillow is for side sleepers and is a little higher than normal. At first it felt firm but as I slept on it, it felt like it got softer. I think the heat from your head makes the memory foam softer or it just conforms to the shape of your head and feels softer. I had to take the case off when I first got it and let it air out to get rid of the memory foam smell. All in all I am happy with the pillow.

I really love this pillow. It has just the right amount of firmness to hold my head at the right level when I sleep on my side, but also has a nice softness where my head is actually against the pillow. My pillow didn't really have any strong smell to it when I first opened it, but I let it air out for a day anyway. It's a very good value because it's significantly less money than you'll find elsewhere. The one thing that must be mentioned is that this is NOT a cooling pillow. However, it doesn't heat up as quickly when I lay on it. You'll still need to turn the pillow now and then, but not as often.

I bought the “same” pillow years ago and I love it and so does my daughter. That’s why I bought this one for her. This one didn’t come in a box and doesn’t even have a Serta tag on it. Make me wonder if it’s even the same or a cheap knock off that Sams Club is selling as a real one?

Sent a stained stinky pillow in a plastic bag and sent in a plain Box... Not the new packaging!

Very disappointed! Not even close to like it said, came in a plastic bag, had a awful smell like tobacco, looked used, it's going back!
