I purchased this when it was only $15. I needed a new pillow as I just recently became a side sleeper and my old pillow wasn't cutting it anymore. I saw this one and decided to give it a try! I will agree with others, the scent was a bit much but since I have a Tempur-Pedic bed, I knew the odor would go away. I was right. After a couple of nights sleep, the odor is gone and I my sleeps have been wonderful! Yeah, this pillow probably isn't for everyone but it worked for me!!

It's a more dense memory foam. Very good for side back and front sleepers because it gives with your weight but it doesn't sink to the bottom. Bought it to replace a previous pillow that was dense memory foam, this is best one I could find. I also use it as breast feeding pillow, works awesome!

I love this pillow. It's like sleeping on a brand new pillow every night The gel is awesome. I wasn't sure about it, but it "warms up" after a minute or so. If you need to feel cool again, just flip it over. I have one at home and one at my parents house for when I visit. Again, I just love this pillow!

I bought one of these pillows about a year ago because I was looking for a substantial pillow that would really support my neck when I sleep and not flatten over time. This pillow works like a dream! I sleep with it every night and don't get the kind of neck headaches I used to AND it retained it's original shape. I just bought another one and gave one to a friend for Christmas. Really, it's a fantastic pillow.

I needed a pillow that had a gusseted sidewall instead of a tapered one. This fit the bill perfectly. My head sits right in the middle of the pillow and the support is just right. Not too hard, not too soft. Plus it was less than $20 shipped. Knowing what I know now I'd pay $60. This beats the My Pillow I paid almost $100 for.

You would not print my review even though i was telling the truth. Sams has not contacted me and tried to make it right, which would change my review. Why is no one concerned about me the consumer. Is this pillow not advertised on your site laying beside the box it is supposed to be contained in? The box contains important information and displays features about the pillow. Why is this situation not being corrected. The customer service representative advised that I would receive some boxes contained with my reorder, so obtaining these boxes must be possible

I bought these earlier this year and within a few months they lost their memory foam capability. I bought 4 of these pillows and they stay flat as soon as you lay your head on it. These pillows claim to have a 2 year warranty, but the memory foam doesn’t hold up. I had high hopes for these pillows given the reviews, but they simply fall short.

I bought this because I require thinner/flatter pillows and description says pillow is 2" high. It's at least twice that and is as hard as a rock. Doesn't even soften or give after laying on it long enough for body heat to warm it up. Unusable and painful.

This is the best pillow I've found! It's firm without being hard like a brick and (at least when new) springs back into shape. The square sides don't bunch up and fit neatly between shoulder and neck. I absolutely love this pillow, it cradles the head perfectly. It is not lumpy nor does it go flat. The only thing is I wish it comes in a Queen size, but no worry that is not enough to return, perhaps the standard size is a "trial run" to test the market for a trial to see if it will be successful (?)
