Can't beat this side sleeper pillow. Forms to your head to get the most restful sleep. Not to hard or to soft. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact it is a smaller size pillow and I am still getting used to it. For the sale price I got , I shouldn't really complain. Very happy with this purchase.

I have bought so many pillows trying to find the perfect one. The shredded foam pillows, the combination shred and fluff, and other foam types. Every single one either flattens, becomes hard and lumpy, or your head leaves an uncomfortable dent in it within a month. Not this pillow! I have gone and bought another one for when mine becomes uncomfortable at some point. I hope that doesn't happen for a while though. My daughter bought one too and loves hers too! Love my pillow!

I've tried all different kinds of pillows and have never been completely satisfied... until now. This pillow is both soft and firm, if that makes sense. It's hard to explain, but it has the right amount of softness so that it cradles your head and neck. Yet there is enough firmness that your head and neck are supported. It is soooo comfortable. But the thing I like best is it STAYS THAT WAY. I've had pillows that were quite comfortable when I first got them, but in a few months they start getting flat and/or hard. I've had this pillow for many months & its' as comfortable as when I first got it. It is THE BEST pillow I've ever had & even better, it didn't cost me an arm & leg. LOVE IT!

I sleep on my side and thought this pillow would be perfect. I like the pillow but it is too firm. I use it occasionally, not all the time. If you like a firmer pillow, you will love it. If you like a soft pillow, you may not be quite as happy with it.

Ok I am not one to do this but there was a few things. First of all this was delivered in just a plastic bag which makes me nervous, second the smell smacked me right in the face. Almost like a wet paint smell... third mine has giant chunks out of the memory foam, i dont know if that is normal or not? Almost like it had air pockets in the mold. I have another Serta Memory Foam pillow that has the raised sides for neck support and it had 0 scent to it. I like the thickness of this pillow and the feel of it when i lay my head on it but i dont know if i can get past the smell.

I purchased this when it was only $15. I needed a new pillow as I just recently became a side sleeper and my old pillow wasn't cutting it anymore. I saw this one and decided to give it a try! I will agree with others, the scent was a bit much but since I have a Tempur-Pedic bed, I knew the odor would go away. I was right. After a couple of nights sleep, the odor is gone and I my sleeps have been wonderful! Yeah, this pillow probably isn't for everyone but it worked for me!!

I bought the “same” pillow years ago and I love it and so does my daughter. That’s why I bought this one for her. This one didn’t come in a box and doesn’t even have a Serta tag on it. Make me wonder if it’s even the same or a cheap knock off that Sams Club is selling as a real one?

Sam’s was having a one day sale and I bought this on a whim. I have recently been having horrible neck pain in the mornings after sleeping all night and have tried multiple new pillows without relief. The price was great so I ordered the pillow because I am a side sleeper. I am thrilled with the product. The last three mornings I have woken up pain free after sleeping restfully all three nights. I would totally buy this product again.

It's a more dense memory foam. Very good for side back and front sleepers because it gives with your weight but it doesn't sink to the bottom. Bought it to replace a previous pillow that was dense memory foam, this is best one I could find. I also use it as breast feeding pillow, works awesome!

I really love this pillow. It has just the right amount of firmness to hold my head at the right level when I sleep on my side, but also has a nice softness where my head is actually against the pillow. My pillow didn't really have any strong smell to it when I first opened it, but I let it air out for a day anyway. It's a very good value because it's significantly less money than you'll find elsewhere. The one thing that must be mentioned is that this is NOT a cooling pillow. However, it doesn't heat up as quickly when I lay on it. You'll still need to turn the pillow now and then, but not as often.
