I bought this pillow a few years ago and it was great! I bought it again during Covid and it is not the same quality. It’s much smaller and softer and not as firm. It has a slippery cover on it that is not comfortable. Disappointing

The shape of the pillow tapers toward the seams. This means the foam gives less support for the neck and lifts the top of the head too high. My neck feels strained when I try to rest on my side.

Finding a pillow that works for me is like finding a needle in a haystack! I've had my last memory foam pillow for 5 years but knew it needed replaced for the last 2, but haven't been able to find one... Until this one! I'm going to go ahead and buy another in case it ever gets discontinued. I love it and sleep great! My only complaint is the first one I got in the mail was obviously a return because it had either blood or chocolate on it and that really upset me because I've never had quality issues with Sam's Club online before. However they sent me a return label and sent a new one.

I bought this because I require thinner/flatter pillows and description says pillow is 2" high. It's at least twice that and is as hard as a rock. Doesn't even soften or give after laying on it long enough for body heat to warm it up. Unusable and painful.

After trying so many pillows for many years, I finally found a perfect pillow to get a peaceful sleep every night. No tossing at all. Even my husband switched to this pillow from his expensive, leading brand pillow. My son also loves this pillow. This became our family pillow and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a good night sleep everyday. With a special sale price, no one can beat Sam's club price for this wonderful pillow.

I thought I was going to like this pillow. It feels nice when you first lay on it. I have had this pillow over a year or two now. I hate it. After a few minutes it feels like your neck is killing you, the pillow is just to stiff and keeps your head up too high. I haven't thrown it out because I paid good money for it. Now what? It is going to have to go is all I can say. I have neck issues as it is and this thing is making it worse.

This was receives in a clear bag with a “serta” logo and some gibberish notes. It was not in the Serta Box as advertised. First Red Flag. After taking out of the bag it jad a strong chemical smell 2nd Red Flag and it puffed ip to the shape of a football. I tried to use it but it wasnt Possible. With the smell and the neck cramped up i called and the nice lady issues a refund for this. I do not recommend.

Sam’s was having a one day sale and I bought this on a whim. I have recently been having horrible neck pain in the mornings after sleeping all night and have tried multiple new pillows without relief. The price was great so I ordered the pillow because I am a side sleeper. I am thrilled with the product. The last three mornings I have woken up pain free after sleeping restfully all three nights. I would totally buy this product again.

I only buy gel memory foam pillows. I have never had an issue with buying Serta in the past. I ordered 2 of these pillows and I was very disappointed when they arrived in the mail and noticed they seemed smaller than normal (after putting it in my pillow case it is definitely a few inches shorter). I opened one up and used it for the night. It was a lot softer of a pillow than any other pillow I have had. I noticed a few days later the foam has large bubble holes in it? Seems like low quality. I ended up returning the 1 pillow I didn't open.

I read the reviews about this pillow. Either these reviews are bought or made up or totally we all have different preferences . The pillow I found was too hard , . It didn’t help accommodate the neck at all . I felt stress in the back part of the column . I asked my teenage kids to try it and they said the same “ it was too hard “ and uncomfortable.
