One side of the pillow is filled with holes like a sponge, is this normal?

Smelled like chemicals I returned within a week. The smell was so strong it made me sick.

The foam in this pillow is to hard, and it stinks like plastic. You have to put 3 pillow cases on it to cover up the smell.

This is a nice pillow. It is soft but firm. It conforms with the memory foam and is great for side sleeping.

Arrived in a banged up box and has holes all in the memory foam. Definitely not like my old Serta side sleeper I was replacing. Save your money and buy something else. Will definitely be returning!

Pillows just arrived and came in plastic wrap, no Serta Box as pictured. Both pillows look great on one side but the back side has holes in the blue foam. I expected more. I have not slept on them due to the manufacturer defect.
