I have had my double tumbler for years now. It has been perfect for our family, and I can't even believe how it has reduces our waste going to the landfill. The inside mechanism rusted, and they sent me brand new parts at no charge. It took a little to get the rusted parts off the unit, but all is well and we are back in business. I think this is a great product.

I've been using the double barrel compost bin continually for close to ten years. I live in the NE where winters can be cold and summers wet and humid. The bins, if turned periodically, produce useable compost quicker then any other set up I've used. One of the hinges rusted shut and broke when I tried to open it. Nothing lasts forever when exposed to freeze cycles and rain. I contacted Lifetime hoping I could source a replacement hinge instead of buying a new barrel. Lifetime sent me a new hinge free of charge. I'm going to do my part and keep the new hinge lubricated. It's an understatement saying I'm a happy customer.

It took a little trial and error to see the full benefits of this. I have a large yard and use it for yard waste and kitchen waste. Initially I would put in too much wet green waste and it would get a little funky. I realized I had to add enough drier waste to balance it out. Now it works great and makes nice compost to add to the garden. Very happy with it.

I bought this a while ago and have had the rusting problems others have commented about but they have been great about sending free replacement parts.

My composter is almost 6 years old and I have been really pleased with it. I had a slight problem and the company have provided a spare part . I was really impressed about the speed of response and service.

I've had these composters for at least 8yrs and the hardware was worn out. When I called to get replacement parts there was no hassle and parts were shipped No Charge! How's that for lifetime warranty? It really exists!

The hinge failed on our Composter. We contacted the company and they were very expeditious in satisfying the warranty at no cost to us. This was handled with complete professionally and courtesy for which we are thankful.
