We bought the composter 3 years ago. We recently found an issue with one of the legs. Lifetime got back to us the same day, and the issue was resolved immediately. This is customer service at its best!

We bought a dual composted years ago. The hinges have rusted and one no longer works. I contacted Lifetime and they are sending replacement parts at no charge.

The metal hinges on our duel composter rusted away. The company replaced the entire unit without amy problems. We would definitely recommend the Lifetime company to do business with.

I have had this composter for about 5 years and it has been excellent unit. I usually get about 1-1/4 yards of compost each year even tho we only have about 9 months to use it because of the cold weather.

Have had this for over ten years. Just replaced the hinges, they sent them free. Should last another ten or twenty years. Makes the fastest compost of anything I have used over the years and easiest to turn and blend.

I spoke to Adam Edwards, he was great helped me figure out what replacement parts I needed. Guided me to take photos of my existing parts to make sure we got the right ones. All and all above and beyond what I was expecting.

Sturdy and easy to use! Wide opening for pouring large shovelsfull of leaves or emptying large indoor veggie containers. And the best part- they guarantee the parts! We had to replace some pieces and they shipped them NO CHARGE!!!
