I spoke to Adam Edwards, he was great helped me figure out what replacement parts I needed. Guided me to take photos of my existing parts to make sure we got the right ones. All and all above and beyond what I was expecting.

Great product, even though the hinges and latch failed after 4-5 years. The company made good on free replacements of the failed parts. I'm a happy camper!
