I bought 2 of these composers a while ago. They continue to work well in the Hawaiian heat! Parts that needed to be replaced were sent out and arrived within a week! The customer support department is AWESOME...the replacement parts ended up being FREE. This company truly walks the talk of exceptional customer support. I will buy their products again without without a second thought about quality and standing behind what they sell.

We purchased the double-bin rotating composter a number of years back. It had been outside and unmaintained for a few years and had some issues (needed some parts replaced). We itemized several parts that needed replacement (but were unable to find our receipt). They sent us the parts (and then some - extras included) without hesitation. A+ rating in my book.

I called Lifetime to order the the parts to repair the locking mechanism. Customer Service was able to identify all the parts needed and provided them as a customer service. I received the parts as scheduled and was able to repair our double composter without any problems.

I haven't had this long enough to evaluate how it holds up in the elements - I have only started to use it, so only giving it 4 stars, plus there could be some improvements. For example, you never have metal hardware screw into plastic. It will always strip and never hold up. That being said, it was only for some internal brackets that I am not sure really serve any purpose. Also, the corner pieces could be designed a little better, but overall, when you consider the sale price or even the normal price when compared to similar composters, I think I would have to upgrade to 5 stars. It was a little time consuming to assemble, but not overly complex and a second person helping would have sped up the process. Doing it by myself, I think it took about 2.5 hours (with some breaks). But all appearances are that this is the perfect composter. Super capacity and better than any others I have found on the market independent of price, so the great price just makes it that much better.

WE bought these years ago in another part of the country. I have disassembled them and transported them many times. Whenever I need a part, the customer service staff at Lifetime always are prompt with supplying what I need. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. When they say Lifetime, they mean it.

I have had my double tumbler for years now. It has been perfect for our family, and I can't even believe how it has reduces our waste going to the landfill. The inside mechanism rusted, and they sent me brand new parts at no charge. It took a little to get the rusted parts off the unit, but all is well and we are back in business. I think this is a great product.

This composter was bought as a gift for me. Within a year there was rust on the parts. 2ish years in and the lid rusted off. I called & spoke to the friendliest rep, Jonathan, who issued me an entire new hardware set in less than 20 minutes. Amazing. I like the composter and am happy they are sending replacement parts.

I bought a double bin composter some time ago. After some good use there were parts that needed replacements. Their customer service was great and willing to help replacing the parts even in the middle of a pandemic. Glad I made the choice of buying their product.

We purchased at Costco several years ago. Unit does an outstanding job of composting however some of the metal parts have rusted to the point that one side is no longer usable. Called customer service to see what I could do to save the unit and they agreed to send all of the rusted parts. Unit is great...customer service is excellent.

I bought a "factory second" double 50 gallon bin rotating composter. I was a bit hesitant on buying a factory second, but the people at the store assured me that if I was missing anything they would make it right. I was missing a package of the plastic connectors that holds the sides together (3 in total). I was able to talk to Devin at customer service who set me up with the parts that I needed. It's good to see a company who takes such good care of their customers. I would think people in a customer service department who deals with customers not getting what they need to build the product they bought may have problems dealing with problems day in and day out for weeks on end. I did not get the feeling Devin was this way at all he was helpful and was able to get what I needed to finish my project. This is only one among many Lifetime products we have in our home. Everything from Kayaks to folding tables and chairs... I expect that my experience with this composter with be every bit as good.
