I've had the 100 gallon Double Bin Rotating Composter for several years. The hinges rusted and broke due to excess moisture where I have the bins. I contacted LIFETIME to order some hinges, and they sent them to me FREE OF CHARGE. Wow!! I asked how much and they said, while they're not covered in the warranty, we'll send them to you at no cost! And EVEN BETTER--they even sent me new bolt covers and all the necessary screws and nuts--THAT'S ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product both on functionality--work perfectly after YEARS of use AND for their fantastic customer service!!

After MANY years of weathering harsh Midwest winters, our Lifetime composter had some rusting interior parts on the lid that needed replacing. A simple phone call is all it took to have the complimentary replacement parts sent to us. Once we started taking the lid apart, we realized we needed a few more parts - and those were sent to us promptly and at no cost as well. Even though we are a small customer in their eyes, we got the same customer service one as a large-order customer. So refreshing! Love this company!

Love my double composter and the customer service at lifetime is excellent. A live person answers the phone and are very knowledgable regarding the parts or information about the LIFETIME products. I recommend LIFETIME the support is there after the purchase.

A LIFETIME closed composting tumbler is the best way to compost. I don’t like open composting, turning compost with a pitchfork or shovel, because that stirs up too much dust and mold that gets into your respiratory system and onto your hair and clothes. Open composting also attracts rodents. Closed tumbler composting works faster, and having a double closed tumbling composter allows you to fill the second one while the first one is completing its processing. I enjoy bringing kitchen peelings out to my composters almost daily. It gets me outside to look at nature. It’s fascinating to see the breakdown process that results in wonderfully rich earthy compost to add to my garden. LIFETIME guarantees their products for life, and you can rely on them to follow through if there are any manufacturing defects. Lifetime is excellence! They quickly responded when I needed to replace the frozen rusty inside latches. I think they have redesigned the doors from hinged to sliders, which appear to be a better design that won’t rust. I’ve had this LIFETIME double tumbler for around 15 to 20 years and it’s sturdy. I also have a larger single LIFETIME tumbler for over 20 years that came with outside latches that seem to be good quality stainless steel, and so this tumbler with the stainless steel outside latches is a great design!

Years ago I bought their dual composter. As an avid gardener, it is the best investment I ever made. Not only does it perform extremely well, the customer service is amazing. After years of heavy usage, one of the lid hinges broke. When I contacted them, they offered to send me a set of hinges out at no charge. No begging, no threatening, I would have even paid for them. their customer service matches their product. OUTSTANDING!!!

I bought this product several years ago and have produced hundreds of gallons of compost in it. Everything still works very well even when loaded full with heavy, damp compost. I am ready to buy a second one. There is a little rust on some of the hinges and metal parts but its 5-7 years old and looks like it will last another 5-7 years.

Over all I am happy with the product and using over 2 months. However, it required skilled help to assemble and it took 2 people over 2 hours. Two joint strips were broken in shipment which I received from life time for replacement. The challenge is how to replace broken one with new one. Hope I get instruction from Lifettime. I see two issues Liftime need to improve and help me out. 1. As shown in attached photo door latch round cap cover falls off when I rotate. I put tap over it to keep it in place. 2. Pink guide on handle comes off and do not stay

My wife and I bought this two or three years ago. It's a bit of a task to assemble, but it went together well and functions well. Our only problem was the latch hardware becoming stiff due to corrosion after a year or so. Two or three times, I freed it up with spray lubricant. Finally one of latch assemblies broke due to corrosion. Looking at the web site, I learned that they redesigned the latch hardware with a corrosion-resistant coating - I am impressed that they stay with their products to continually improve them over time rather than dumping them on the market for a short sales cycle. We called Lifetime, and they have sent us replacement latch hardware at no cost. Thank-you!
