I have had my double tumbler for years now. It has been perfect for our family, and I can't even believe how it has reduces our waste going to the landfill. The inside mechanism rusted, and they sent me brand new parts at no charge. It took a little to get the rusted parts off the unit, but all is well and we are back in business. I think this is a great product.

I too had the interior hardware rust on my double rotating compost bin. I was on the phone with the Lifetime customer service representative and he kindly, and quickly agreed to send me all the parts I need to replace the hardware free of charge! It was a great interaction in this day and time where customer service seems to be almost non- exsistent. Thank you!!

I bought this two weeks ago and found there was a piece missing; I contacted the customer desk (in USA) asking for a replacement and it was shipped from the USA and arrived 5 days later. I was impressed. Rarely to I find a help desk so responsive and helpful. Putting it together was enjoyable if you are good at DIY but it does need two people some of the time. I was very impressed by the engineering and design to allow it be be built from flat pack.

We own the double bin Composter and the metal parts rust after a year or so. The latch is completely rusted through on one side. I called for replacement parts and the agent told me the parts are on back order and it would be one to two months to get them from China. I saw reviews on this product and most were the same-rusted parts. The agent was courteous and knowledgeable, He said they would replace the parts for free.

I am very pleased with this item. I’d watched a neighbor produce an abundance of beautifully rich compost during the past several years so I had to try. The bins arrived with a couple of broken pieces which I quickly took pictures and emailed them to the company. I received a very quick response inquiring where to send the parts. They arrived within a couple of days and my bins are complete and operational. I couldn’t ask for better support. The parts fit exactly as they should, they are sturdy, yet not overly heavy. The metal legs provide good support and, so far, the bins are easy to turn, top is very accessible and locks easily hold bins from turning. With the bins raised off the ground, I anticipate wheeling a barrow under the bin, then rotating the bin to empty out the rich compost I expect to produce. It looks like a very well engineered design.

After years of trying to make good compost ,I came across this Composter . I must admit reading the article about Composter i thought it was to good to believe .But I still thought I would give it a go.As I have been trying to make good compost with various different methods off which none really worked..Well beleve me this Composter does what it says on the tin.It is just MAGIC. It makesGREAT compost which very little effort at all you just have to make sure you turn it regularly which is no bother.Gone hare the days of of back pain having to turn and empty bins and refill . thankyou gazza

We bought one composter and liked it so much we purchased another one the following year. It has a large opening that ensures it is easy to get the compost materials in and out of the container. It is large enough for the contents to heat up but still small enough to turn easily. Living in a high-altitude, zone 3 area (aka. cold), we are usually able to empty 3 of our compost barrels in the fall and the fourth in the spring. An added bonus is that this composter doesn't attract rodents.

I bought a double composter many years ago at Costco. after years of use my hinges wore out. I called Lifetime customer support and the person was very nice and said no problem he would have new hinges shipped for free. That is customer support. I will buy from lifetime again.

The Lifetime Double Bin Rotating Composter been a great product for a period of years. Not unexpectedly given the moisture created when creating compost (and I fill the bins to capacity), a couple of the metal parts rusted and detached. I called and the parts were in stock and were shipped to me the same day. Very impressive customer service.

I called Lifetime to order the the parts to repair the locking mechanism. Customer Service was able to identify all the parts needed and provided them as a customer service. I received the parts as scheduled and was able to repair our double composter without any problems.
