We purchased the double-bin rotating composter a number of years back. It had been outside and unmaintained for a few years and had some issues (needed some parts replaced). We itemized several parts that needed replacement (but were unable to find our receipt). They sent us the parts (and then some - extras included) without hesitation. A+ rating in my book.

I bought a "factory second" double 50 gallon bin rotating composter. I was a bit hesitant on buying a factory second, but the people at the store assured me that if I was missing anything they would make it right. I was missing a package of the plastic connectors that holds the sides together (3 in total). I was able to talk to Devin at customer service who set me up with the parts that I needed. It's good to see a company who takes such good care of their customers. I would think people in a customer service department who deals with customers not getting what they need to build the product they bought may have problems dealing with problems day in and day out for weeks on end. I did not get the feeling Devin was this way at all he was helpful and was able to get what I needed to finish my project. This is only one among many Lifetime products we have in our home. Everything from Kayaks to folding tables and chairs... I expect that my experience with this composter with be every bit as good.

Not only do I love the functionality of the composter, I can't say enough about their customer support. LIFETIME gets an A+ for being professional, courteous and helpful... they have replaced multiple parts of my composter for free. I can't say enough good things about the product or the company!

My opinion of the composter has gone from love to hate to love. I was delighted with the unit initially because of the ease of use, and the convenience of not having to turn the compost pile every week or so. The delight faded when the latching mechanism rusted and became difficult to open and close the access door. When I called to purchase a replacement mechanism I was pleasantly surprised when the agent offered to replace the hardware free of charge. When I asked the rep if they had addressed the rusting problem I was told they have powder coated the metal parts so there should be no further issues. Since they apparently have corrected the rust problem this has turned out to be my favorite method to create "black gold" for my garden.

I bought a double bin composter some time ago. After some good use there were parts that needed replacements. Their customer service was great and willing to help replacing the parts even in the middle of a pandemic. Glad I made the choice of buying their product.

I bought my double composter at Costco in 2014. I'm a lazy composter, so my compost takes longer, but I've been overall pretty happy with mine. The weak point on mine is the cheap metal hinge system they use, but the strong point of the company is that they promptly send a new set when they break. Excellent customer service is more important than anything to me, and I'm happy to give my business to and recommend this company!

We've had this product for a number of years. I part became unsoldered so I ordered a replacement. The cost was very reasonable and I was happy to order it, only to learn that Lifetime would be sending me the part (along with several addition parts) free of charge. After a number of years the time and weather has taken a toll on the metal hardware. Following the failure of both lid hinges (rusted out and broke) I called customer service looking to buy replacements. I spoke with Corbin about the hinges and learned that they were on backorder. Corbin said that he would place me on their parts list for these hinges and that they would be sent to me w/o charge as soon as they came in. We have had these bins considerably longer than the warranty period so I was very pleasantly surprised to hear that there would no charge for them. That's how you stand behind your product!! Thanks again to Corbin for his A+ customer service!!

I was pleased to find out that I could order parts that had rusted. Better yet!! They were replaced at no cost. I have had my composting bins for 3 to 5 years (can't remember exactly how many as time flies) and have great results versus the old fashioned way of just having a pile out back.

This product makes composting simple and effective. We have produced garden compoost for two years making waste into valuable garden fertilizer. When the hardware became rusty, I took the name, "Lifetime" literally, and called for replacements. They came through like champions. Thank you Lifetime.
