[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't like the opening handle mechanisms; they can rust and get hard to use. Also, the main aerator bars can rust completely through and break, see pic. Warranty customer service is great though!

I have a lot of red ants that love my compost piles. This composter has solved my problem. Pay attention, and use a rubber mallot, and assembley is relatively easy.

Great product but the closing mechanism on the lid has completely rusted out. Talked to a rep and new parts are being sent to me when they come available.

Pin on right side snapped just turning the bin when 4 months old. Now both door mechanism are made out of cheap steel and are so rusted--can not be opened or closed

Have had it a couple of years and now we can't even get one side open without fear of breaking the latch because of all the rust. We were so excited to get a composted and now we're afraid to use it.

The latches on the lids rusted out after several years of use. Service department provided repair parts quickly and without hassle when advised of the problem. Thank you Darwin for great service!

We purchased this unit swevral years ago and we were having an issue with the latches rusting shut. To make a long story short we are getting a whole new unit. Great Customer Service, thanks so mush

I bought this composter over 8 years ago and am still using it. The hinges and locking hardware corroded but were replaced as a courtesy by Lifetime products.

I purchased this tumbler a few years back and have loved its performance. When the rotator pin broke, your company replaced it with new parts quickly. Thanks and we will remember to buy Lifetime products again.
