I'm just inside trying to figure out why I have so many parts left over. I think my instructions are missing some pages as the pdf instructions on the website have directions that I don't have in my package.

I have this model and it worked great for a couple of years but unfortunately now the gears are rusting and one of the doors gears are completely seized up so that one side is unusable.

We purchased this unit swevral years ago and we were having an issue with the latches rusting shut. To make a long story short we are getting a whole new unit. Great Customer Service, thanks so mush

I bought the composter 3-4 yr ago. Up today happy with it. However, one of the hinges broke due to rust. Also the mechanisms to close the door is rusted and now is difficult to operate. Seems very close to broke and this will make the bin úseles.

The inner closing mechanism rusted. Yesterday when I opened the one side the hinge snapped and the lid broke off. Now I only have one drum that works. Is there anyway the hinge can be replaced?

EXTREMELY difficult to assemble, HORRIBLE instructions. Once assembled it lasted a few years, now the latch on one door is totally stuck. There is no way to open it!

Like everything about the composter, just wish that there were wheels on it, to make it easier to move because I am 65 and have a hard time moving it to where I need it to be positioned.

I have a lot of red ants that love my compost piles. This composter has solved my problem. Pay attention, and use a rubber mallot, and assembley is relatively easy.

This is a good product that works well and look nice in the back of the yard. The hinges rusted out after 2 years but one call and no hassle for replacement parts. Great Customer Service
