Horrible Instructions, Very Difficult to Assemble. Door latch COMPLETELY Failed, CAN'T OPEN!

EXTREMELY difficult to assemble, HORRIBLE instructions. Once assembled it lasted a few years, now the latch on one door is totally stuck. There is no way to open it!

Wonderful warranty service!

We have a dual composter bin with a rusted hinge that broke when trying to open the lid. Very promplty, Lifetime, sent new hinges under warranty. So nice to do business with a company that stands behind their product.

Composter

Like everything about the composter, just wish that there were wheels on it, to make it easier to move because I am 65 and have a hard time moving it to where I need it to be positioned.

Rusted parts makes difficult to use

I bought the composter 3-4 yr ago. Up today happy with it. However, one of the hinges broke due to rust. Also the mechanisms to close the door is rusted and now is difficult to operate. Seems very close to broke and this will make the bin úseles.

Very sturdy!

Delivery came within specified time. Product is very study and solid, but extremely easy to use. Took a little longer to assemble than expected, but well worth the effort. Can't wait for the first round of "finished" product!!!

Good value and quality

Not easy to put together but sturdy once completed. Allow plenty of time to put barrels together. I have just started composting in it but like the way it works.

Good Product

This is a good product that works well and look nice in the back of the yard. The hinges rusted out after 2 years but one call and no hassle for replacement parts. Great Customer Service

Rust issues

I really liked my composter and thought it worked great. First one set of hinges broke. The company sent me replacement hinges but I could not get the old one off due to rust. Now the other side is broken. I am disappointed that rust was an issue.

Loved it until the hinge broke

The inner closing mechanism rusted. Yesterday when I opened the one side the hinge snapped and the lid broke off. Now I only have one drum that works. Is there anyway the hinge can be replaced?

Rusted parts replaced, nenewed and installed because of you!

One of the bins on my composter was rusted shut and as a result of that had to really pull on it to get it opened - I called customer support and sure enough once they got the replacement parts they sent them out and the rest is NEW history
