Difficult to ensamble but I am happy with the final results.

Assembly was horrific! Doubt it will be worth the hours of frustration. Lifetime used to have good quality products. What happened Lifetime???

I bought this about 2 years ago. some of the hinges and parts inside have rusted, but they have sent me new parts and i am thrilled. Not many things you buy make it so easy to solve simple problems. super thankful

These composters are sturdy, easy to load, hold a lot of material and make the richest compost ever. Ours are about ten years old and work like they did when they were new. The service from the company is also excellent.

I'm just inside trying to figure out why I have so many parts left over. I think my instructions are missing some pages as the pdf instructions on the website have directions that I don't have in my package.

Have been waiting for replacement covers that never happened. Call to lifetime resulted in company sending me brand new complete tumblers. Great customer service. High five. Cannot go wrong with Lifetime

My opening mechanism & hinges have rusted and I am having a hard time finding replacement parts. Since the plastic drums still seem like good parts- I wish I could just upgrade the metal components. Please contact me if that possible, thank you!

Great short time composter. It quickly composted all the internal hardware rendering it useless. The replacement parts cost are not feasible and now the composter will spend a forever lifetime in the landfill. You’re welcome grandkids.

Fantastic product. I have had this composter for several years. I had some trouble with several of the parts rusting and the company immediately sent me replacement parts at no cost. Excellent service.
