My wife has had a double and a single composter for about four years and has been extremely satisfied with both of them. She has recommended them to friends who show interest in gardening. Recently, the hinge one of the double bins broke. All I was inquiring about was purchasing a replacement hinge. Lifetime sent me a replacement without charge. This rates as superior service in my book. Thank you Lifetime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product several years ago and have had good success in using it until recently, when the metal components began to rust and one of the bin door hinges snapped off. After seeing I was not the only one with this issue, I contacted customer service, and they promptly sent me replacement parts without hassle. Even the best companies will sometimes have issues with their products--one mark of a good company is those that take responsibility for their product and customer experience and work hard to make things right. Thanks, Lifetime.

excellent--could screw in the ends on the bottom--they fall out & get lost in the dirt

I have rarely dealt with a more responsive company. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Compost tumbler makes composting a breeze. Easy to fill and turn. Love it!

I was seeking parts for the tumbler and was well treated by the support staff.

This composter is very easy to use and I have used composted material in many successful gardens.

found a weak spot in the design... locking pins breaking

Thanks for shipping the part as courtesy

I bought my com poster a couple of years ago and still use it today. The product has been great!
