Difficult to ensamble but I am happy with the final results.

Fantastic product. I have had this composter for several years. I had some trouble with several of the parts rusting and the company immediately sent me replacement parts at no cost. Excellent service.

Easy-to-use

This double compost tumbler was a bit of a fight to fit all the trim on. I ended up using dishwashing soap on all the trim to get them slid (manhandled) into place. I'm not kidding it's a chore. Once completed there are a few metal brackets held in place by screws that strip very easily in the plastic. Turn the torque really low. Once complete it's a pretty nice unit and you are certainly intimate with it by then, time and muscle wise. Does each tumbler unit hold enough compost mass to properly heat and compost efficiently? It's close, so only some time will tell at this point.

I love the convenience of having two, ongoing composts and especially love that it is above the ground and rotates. This speeds the composting process considerably. I have had issues with rusting mechanisms, as many people have reported. I spoke with Nathan, in customer service, and he immediately ordered replacement parts for me. Great customer service, great product!

I purchased this product some years ago. It is one of the more expensive composters. If you want a product that will be functional and great to operate for 6 months to a year you have found it. But if you are expecting one that will continue to be functional for an extended period of time look elsewhere. The metal materials rust and cannot be turned due to corrosion. I continue to use but can no longer rotate bins.

It will be hard to say enough great things about the Customer Service Dept any Lifetime. They responded quickly and provided parts for this composter for a know issue. Way to stand behind your products. I will look for ways to buy more of your products in the future.
