The organic bananas are good when they are still a little green, but after hanging in cold garage for 3 to 4 days when you cut into them the core where seeds are has turn black and you have to cut this out. I never have that problem with Chiquita bananas, they are clean all the way thru no matter how old. Wish Walmart would carry the Chiquita bananas.

Good flavor and texture. My baby eats one per day. i eat one sometimes, too. So it just depends on how fast you go through them. Produce is typically hit and miss, especially delivery. We have had good luck. When i have had a batch that is bruied or goes too ripe for eating fresh more quickly than we can eat them, i peel them, put them in a freezer Ziploc bag, and put them in the freezer for banana bread, muffins, smoothies, pancakes, etc.

i definitely prefer irganic fruits and veg at the supercenter. i use alot of bananas...smokthies each day, salads, baked...so versatile. the taste of the organic is miles from the regular ones. they ripen slower and differently so i buy 2 bunches at a time twice a wk.

Well let's see first of all I never got my bananas somebody must have took them you know stole them out of the vestibule because the driver is still not leaving the bags at my apartment door the apartment door not the vestibule not the double doors outside my apartment door I'm still not getting it

These were artificially ripened by ethylene gas. They are supposed to be organic. Apparently, they can still be organic and be artificially ripened. Do not buy. They are super stiff even if yellow and have a very strong synthetic smell. The smell is unpleasant and the texture is like a very unripe banana even if yellow.

Good price. I've been lucky to receive good, solid-bodied bananas. They are ready to eat for the most part. I freeze several, microwave them for thirty seconds, slice, and serve. An excellent, healthy treat. Low calorie, and full of potassium. Recommended.

These are some of my favorite bananas. Walmart carries them. They are organic always make sure you get the organic ones. The other ones have no flavor whatsoever. I think the toxins that they spray them with take out the flavor, but these are really good bananas. I highly suggest picking up a batch.

I didn't order the organic but rather the regular bananas. They were just a little on the small side but were acceptable. The ripeness was borderline too ripe but didn't spoil too soon, so also acceptable. Bananas are a hard one to shop for when shopping for others so who ever did it, actually did a good job for not having anything to go by. Thanks shopper.

Organic bananas usually come in smaller bundles. These bananas were HUGE!! and very heavy! When the man who usually eats one every morning says "these bananas taste weird, and they are so big I can't finish one"...Did y'all just wrap regular bananas in an organic wrapper? Seriously, not buying from Walmart again.

i hate to say this, but i truly believe the personal shoppers just grab something. this is the 3rd bunch o have received in 2 weeks that are completely black on the backside of them. i threw them away. i dont need banana bread or muffins, i needed bananas
