I've never gone out of my way to buy organic anything, mostly because the quality isn't noticeable to me most of the time. But in the banana department, organic is the way to go. They last longer than non organic and the best part is the resistance to bruising that is surprising. Almost all the visible peel bruises do not go through to the fruit, so the actual banana looks a tastes great, even when the outside has bruises showing.

These MARKETSIDE fresh organic bananas are the best. They have the best flavor and texture. Great for a quick snack, as an added to cereal or oatmeal or even in fruit salad. I love the taste and they work great in banana pudding. They do ripen quickly and you can freeze them.

It's difficult to buy bananas during the summer that don't ripen so quickly that they can't be eaten after two or three days but these market side organic bananas seem to last about 2 to 3 days longer. I would think it would be the opposite because they're organic, but it's not. Would recommend.

Marketside Fresh Organic Bananas are a great option for a healthy, convenient snack. The bananas arrived fresh with a good flavor and a nice texture. They are perfect for eating on their own, adding to smoothies, cereal, oatmeal, or baking. A few bananas were already over-ripe when I got them... but overall the quality and taste are good. A reliable organic choice at a reasonable value.

These bananas, I don't know if it's the fact they are Organic. Everything about them just isn't right. Really had I known this, I would not have ordered them. Hubby did not say anything til today after we had already received them. Texture is not right, they are not sweet whatsoever, and I won't be purchasing anymore.

I am very disappointed in these bananas…. They were too ripe to want to eat…. It was too much trouble to go back to the store to take them back…. Please have shoppers be more careful to give fresh items. Thank you, and I otherwise love this service you provide…. Cheryl Entrekin

This was supposed to be a bunch. A "bunch of bananas" refers to a connected cluster of individual bananas growing or sold together. Botanically and in the agricultural industry, this everyday cluster is known as a hand, while a true "bunch" represents the entire, massive stalk harvested from the plant or at least 7-8 bananas

I’ve exclusively used Walmart pickup for groceries for the last three years in another state. I’ve just moved to Winston-Salem and they’ve already managed to ruin my experience by giving me an entire bunch of overripe bananas. No one wants to buy bananas that are already past usefulness for anything other than banana bread. Hopefully this isn’t indicative of the entire service industry in this area.
