Bought this twin pack and tried to install one. When I twisted the orange tab off as per instructions it blew black ink out on my hands,table,floor and paperwork. So I baspaid I believe about 75.00 for one black ink cartridge as the second one worked

I have tried cheaper versions for this ink type, but the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge. So, until someone invents a way to use generic ink cartridges, Wal mart has the least expensive on the market for original ink. Also, the XL is worth your money because it prints 3x as more than the regular cartridge.

These are new kind of HP cartridge for us. They are narrower and need care when installing them not to get ink on fingers or things. But we like the cartridges so far. This is a new printer for us so it’s too soon to review total details. But so far we are pleased. Sams was good to work with having these shipped directly to us which is a huge plus since we live hours away from any Samsclub storefront.

I have an HP printer for home use, and I only buy the HP ink cartridges to use in it. Most of my printing needs require the black color so I always buy black in the XL size. I have never had one fail me. For color I only buy the regular size cartridges.

I have always used HP ink in every HP OfficeJet printer I buy. It's expensive, but the quality is worth it. Because the Sam's packaging of my Black & color ink is more than $150 for both, at some point I started buying ink cartridges as I was running out of each (black and each of the 3 colors). Maybe as a result of COVID, I'm not finding them in stores when I need them. On a Friday I ordered the black ink from Sams; shipping was free. It arrived on Tuesday. Problem solved.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIECE OF CRAP PRODUCT!!! I purchased 4, I repeat four black 902XL cartridges in a period of 24 hours. ALL HP name brand and THEY ALL BLEW UP. I rotated the orange handle and ink spewed out. Thinking I must have done something incredibly stupid I watch two YouTube videos. It wasn't me IT WAS CRAP Cartridges.

I was very happy to find my HP Black XL ink online at Sams Club. It arrived before the estimated date and I was happy about that. Also, Sams kept me notified of the shipping and progress on a regular basis. I knew exactly when it would arrive. Thank you Sams Club.

HORRIBLY EXPENSIVE! It's almost the same price to just buy a new printer if you have to buy all new Cartridges. The printer will not operate with generic or refilled cartridges. It's a huge scam as you all know. So, my next purchase will be a new printer, but I will buy the new printers with refillable ink.

Received the 902XL black ink inside a damaged and cellophane taped package. The product was unwrapped, no orange tab was attached, and appeared/ felt empty!! Cautiously I placed the USED cartridge in the printer along with the 3 other new 902XL cartridges. After printer maintenance was complete, the printer indicated: one of the HP cartridges is used. Proof positive! I expect a timely response to my concern and disappointment. Please advise…..

The cartridge was delivered in the security plastic box which I had to take to the store to have removed. Then when the cartridge was put in machine, all the copies had skipped printing. I ordered a new one from Staples (to make sure it wasn't my printer). That one works fine.
