I was running low on ink on my last cartridge and realized I didn't have a spare available. I ordered from Sam's and had the new cartridges in two days. Installation was easy when the old cartridge ran out a day or so later, so I was never without black ink.

This worked great for my printer, was easy to install. No mess left behind and disposal of the plastic cap was a breeze. Cost was comparable to other stores in my area. Added to my grocery pick up for the day and was printing that evening. Will purchase again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been purchasing the ink from different sources for as long as I have owned printers this is the first time I bought ink that lasted as long as it should I got my money's worth this time and more.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the cartridge but it would not work in my printer. It just kept saying there was something wrong with the cartridge and I needed to remove it. So I’m very disappointed because now I have to make arrangements to get another one. I really needed to use my printer and unfortunately I wasn’t able to. I would’ve given it zero stars but the lowest was one star.

Bought this twin pack and tried to install one. When I twisted the orange tab off as per instructions it blew black ink out on my hands,table,floor and paperwork. So I baspaid I believe about 75.00 for one black ink cartridge as the second one worked

I have always used HP ink in every HP OfficeJet printer I buy. It's expensive, but the quality is worth it. Because the Sam's packaging of my Black & color ink is more than $150 for both, at some point I started buying ink cartridges as I was running out of each (black and each of the 3 colors). Maybe as a result of COVID, I'm not finding them in stores when I need them. On a Friday I ordered the black ink from Sams; shipping was free. It arrived on Tuesday. Problem solved.

This is first replacement cartridge for new printer. Had I realized the cost of cartridges, I might have selected another printer. No idea of the length of service, but the one with the printer sure did not last long. Hopefully this will last longer. Quality of print, not as good as my previous printer, but satisfactory for how I use it in my business. Service on order was satisfactory. Rich

The only thing I dislike is the orange contraption that must be removed prior to installation (a minor point, but one of my many pet peeves). Other than that, the ink lasts as it should, doesn't smear, dries quickly, and gets the job done. Good quality cartridges.

I have tried cheaper versions for this ink type, but the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge. So, until someone invents a way to use generic ink cartridges, Wal mart has the least expensive on the market for original ink. Also, the XL is worth your money because it prints 3x as more than the regular cartridge.
