After repeatedly asking my local store to carry they finally began to offer skinless pork belly for sale. Generally they appear to be skinned well and are of good quality. My only complaint is they are off sized and won't fit into a Foodsaver Bag for curing. (I make my own bacon) This requires me to trim them to size complicating the cure calculation a bit.

These are the best pork belly to use for Burnt Ends!

Wish the skin included. Or I recommend to have belly with the skin on it.

Good quality. Smoked low %26 slow for bbq pork sammies. Almost like a pork brisket.
