Surprised that our sams had pork belly!!! Was so happy and excited to see it!! Just wished there were more fat and the actual skin on.

Some of the Best pork Belie for the price, if yours is too fatty, pick thru and look at the cut of the Belie. I HAVE NEVER been Disappointed

These are awesome for candied bacon bites!! Perfect fat ratios to get them nice and tender... I'm pretty careful when I pick my meats out.

Disappointed. I was expecting the pork skin, was going to cook crispy pork belly , but it was just fat.

Everyone has an opinion, however i used this ti make uncured bacon. The taste has alwaus been wonderful, however sometimes, this is too lean for bacon. It may get 5 stars for smoked pork belly, or burnt ends.

Wish the skin included. Or I recommend to have belly with the skin on it.
