Delicious Pork Belly! Made some pork belly strip skewers on the grill and they came out delicious! Would love for the price of beef to come back down, but until then, I can make do with great cuts of pork like these!

The pork belly is a great quality product. Sometimes I buy these to smoke and sometimes I buy these to grind up with my sausage when I need to increase the fat content.

This is pretty good quality pork belly at a decent price. I buy a slab pretty regularly to make mybown bacon. I'll never go back to store bought bacon.

The pork belly was great!! Ended up cubing it a s making some yummy pork belly burnt ends that the family loved!!

Turned this belly into a delicious batch of homemade bacon. We will most certainly be going back for more belly.

Dry cured and smoked turned out great.

I love bacon but my old body doesn’t love the salt and nitrites. I have this sliced at the store into the same bacon-like strips and really it is doubly satisfying to enjoy both the taste and the somewhat better health quality.
