I selected my item in the store rather than online, which was great because I wanted a pork belly selection with lots of extra fat--and I found one!

Turned this belly into a delicious batch of homemade bacon. We will most certainly be going back for more belly.

The pork belly was great!! Ended up cubing it a s making some yummy pork belly burnt ends that the family loved!!

This was SO good when I fixed it with a recipe a friend gave me. I do have to put it in the fridge overnight to let the skin dry out for the recipe which is so simple, but so delicious!

At $3.68/pound, you can"t beat it! I will admit I have only called my local butchers for pricing (over $5.00/pound), so I can't compare the quality differences if any. But so far, my smoked bacon has been turning out Great!!
