Pork belly burnt ends are my favorite. When I saw sams club started to carry this meat, I immediately had to try it. The cut was great, not too fatty, just perfect and it tasted amazing. Smoked it on our traeger. Will be going back to buy more.

Simply wonderful

Put all of them on smoker after coating with black pepper and several more spices. Cooked 250 degrees for 4 hours. Let rest for 15 minutes. Then dove in. Everybody thought they were wonderful. Just melted in your mouth. Next time, will have to get 10 and see if can have one left for tailgate before game.

I bought some pork, and it had red veins—like worms or parasites—in the fatty skin. You should check the store that produces that—go see what kind of products they sell—because I'm not sure if they are parasites. I don't know what those lines are; this is the first time this has happened to me.
