This pork belly it's not recommended for Pork Rinds ! Taste good but not crunchy!

I dont truly eat pork. But the recipe I saw intrigued me. It was easy to cut and cooked well.

Very good, in fact bought a second one. My husband used You Tube to learn how to bake it.

Not what I expected

Pork belly burnt ends are my favorite. When I saw sams club started to carry this meat, I immediately had to try it. The cut was great, not too fatty, just perfect and it tasted amazing. Smoked it on our traeger. Will be going back to buy more.

I have been hoping and waiting for Sams club to start selling this item. I like how you have the option of buying the whole belly or the package of alreafy sliced pork belly. great quality at a good price.

Put all of them on smoker after coating with black pepper and several more spices. Cooked 250 degrees for 4 hours. Let rest for 15 minutes. Then dove in. Everybody thought they were wonderful. Just melted in your mouth. Next time, will have to get 10 and see if can have one left for tailgate before game.
